Two days prior I called Greenberg dental and I set up an appointment for my husband. The receptionist was very nice over the phone so I figured this dental office have great customer service. Well today was my husband doctors appointment. I forgot the paperwork at home that had the address to the office, so Ill look it up online and you know I wanted to verify this is the place and the appointment was at this location too, so I decided to call the office. the same time my husband and I drove in the Direction of where we thought the dental office could be.calling the dental office a lady answered, very nicely she said can you please hold . While holding we were still driving to the location. When arriving to the location and still being on hold we walk into the office. No one greeted us or even said hi can I help you. The three receptionist were in a group talking among them selves laughing and playing around . The dental office Still had me on hold. Trying to explain to the your company have me on hold still. The three receptionist ladies did not care they ignored me. Wow this is how you treat new patients. Still have them on the phone after 21 min the receptionist who I was watch finial pick back up my line saying hellow hellow. I told her again Maam you are on the phone with me I have been trying to explain you have me on hold this hold time. Then the receptionist tried to play dumb and said oh are you Ms. Agatha because thats who I was on the phone with. I said no maam you was on the phone with me and youre just saying hello hello and you hung up. Well the receptionist just blew me over. I cant believe this company provides no customer service your company just have receptionist laughing not even greeting in their customers and helping them. They just huddle up among themselves and talking with them self, this is what youre company Petray in your business. This is very sad I would never go here again. This is the company you want wooon your teeth. Now I see why the reviews are 2.1.

Should get NO STARS. One of the worse experiences Ive had in years. I finally got my teeth and gums going well. I loved my old dentist in Ny (even tho they had bad reviews they were actually amazing to me) So I decided maybe this place cant be as horrible because the reviews. Boy was I WRONG. Number one, they didnt ask about my dental history. Yes they make you fill out the papers but the doctor didnt ask anything. Number two, when speaking to the doctor she at first said everything looked great. I asked about a specific tooth that I was told may need a root canal at my old dentist. She said the roots were fine. But then all of sudden said she seen a small cavity. That shouldve been my red flag. So before my teeth were perfect and great and then when I asked about the tooth I needed a cavity? I decided to just let her fill it because shes a dentist right. She knows. Well she messed it up. I wasnt able to floss that night. I went in the next, she fixed it, (by filing between the teeth I couldnt floss) and bam sensitivity central. I know teeth can be sensitivity after a filling when its deep. But I wasnt feeling sensitivity until she had to file between the teeth so I can floss. She also preceded to say is probably my old fillings giving me problems not the one she did. Like what!? I was feeling fine before I allowed you in my mouth. I feel like they jacked me up here and I possibly didnt even need a filling to begin with. She overcharged my insurance as well because I looked at it. Oh well. Advice. Do more research. Check anywhere you can see reviews. This place s horrible. Only good thing is if you walk in early you actually get seen. But why would you wana get seen by crooks. Now i dont know whats going to happen with my tooth. But I wouldnt allow them to do a root canal when she messed up a simple filling.

Office staff is rude and lacks compassion for their patients had to drive 2hrs to see the endodontist at this practice. 1st visit was consult the first words out of the doctors mouth we arrogant and condescending, he obviously didnt review my sons chart. After correcting him of the situation he left the room consult over after 2mins when I waited an hr after the scheduled appointment. Due to lack of options Scheduled for 2 appointments for needed root canals 1st was supposed to be for 2 teeth on the same side, since they will on do one side at a time. Another day off work, another 2hr drive 1 way and I am informed only 1 tooth will be done and 2 more appointments are needed. When trying to express my situation and attempt to come to a resolution that works for both of us they are unwilling to do so. Mind you they will not explain wht they refuse to do 2 teeth in 1 visit. "We dont, you can go somewhere else" When I ask when can he come they turn it back on meach, but when I state availability and request a time they say they cant pick another. Completely unprofessional never apologizes for scheduling issues made by them, because mind you their employee told me he could have 2 teeth on the same side done on the same day. Refuses to answer my questions as the patients mother. Problem is that due to the insurance the options are limited. Its been a year since I was told my son needed this procedure and I still feel at square one. Either way there is no reason for office staff to treat a patient as the problem

Came in to have wisdom teeth surgery and an exposure done. The surgeon was wonderful and so was his nurse. I really appreciate and recommend his work, he made me feel very comfortable. HOWEVER, Ive been hesitating to write this because I never write unpleasant reviews. But the staff here (besides those i mentioned) are absolutely horrible. The front desk girls are rude, and almost always in a bad mood. It seems every location of Greenberg in Florida hired angry 30 year old women who only take it out on customers. Its your JOB to smile, greet, and assist your customers to the best of your abilities and every single one of them lack this. They need to do a full sweep of all their employees and hire ones with a heart, and compassion. Their scheduling system is horrible, and can only fit you in months in advance, and they do not try to work with you at all. Overall, I wouldnt recommend Greenberg. Its a shame that such a wonderful surgeon has to work in such a ridiculous place.

The office staff here is so unbelievably incompetent. I went there for an ortho consult and was advised that I needed to pay full price despite my having insurance that covers orthodontic treatment. I partially blame my insurance company, as they provided incorrect information. However, after providing them with all of the information I had proving otherwise and asking them to call them back, they didnt do so. I will say this, they did make an effort to send information to attempt prior authorization for treatment, but not much effort to confirm that my policy was NOT a Marketplace policy but individual and comprehensive, also covering orthodontics. On another note - parking there is HORRID! The parking lot is jam packed and the place just does not seem professional. I get a very slack vibe from them - as if all that matters is how many bodies they can get through there in a day. I am scheduled to take my daughter there and, I will not be going there.
