Im very disappointed : My clean appointment was over about 3 pm as I was leaving I saw a little old lady trying hard to get up the 2 steps to 5 Points Dental, leaving her walker behind I help her in the lobby and waited for her. I over heard the clerk tell her she missed her September 23rd appointment. She explained that she fell hurting herself and had to go into the hospital. Clerk said she was sorry but had to charge her $30 for missing appointment. She pulled out a check and apologized to the clerk for her hand writing due to leak hands and paid the $30. I felt so bad for her, if I had the money I would had paid it. I know 5 Points Dental has a policy but please why could there not be an expectation made so not to charge her the $30. She turned around and was surprised I waited for her. I helped her back to her walk and if she be ok. She said she live in the assisted live apt nearby. I doubt 5 Points Dental really need that $30 more than her. Very disappointed in 5 Points Dental!

Doctor Roessler is such an amazing dentist! Im a self-proclaimed chicken when it comes to the dentist. Ive had sensitive teeth my whole life and Ive had really bad/painful experiences in the past with other offices. Doctor Roessler told me how he could help the sensitivity with a simple procedure, when no other doctor even mentioned it. He did it and it worked!! He also did an amazing job with my veneers! They look natural and very well done! The whole office is friendly and considerate. Doctor Roessler has such a good bedside manor, hes friendly and approachable. Id recommend Five Points Dental to anyone!

I was a patient there and had to cancel the day before due to a situation at work. It was within their 24hr window and I would have paid their cancellation fee, but they were rude to me for cancelling the appointment. In subsequent conversations they continued to be rude. Then they sent me to collections over a $30 fee. If they would appreciate their customers they would have gotten their money and still had a satisfied customer. I recommend going to a friendlier place.

Dr. Roessler is very personable and great at explaining things as he goes through the exam. His style and pleasant manner filters through his team which makes for a great overall experience. The office is thoughtfully done. Comfortable waiting room with patient treatment chairs face a window and garden.

Although parking in Five Points is frustratingly limited, this office is worth the visit. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Roessler does a great job of communicating his actions with clear, concise, and simple terms. All my visits have been quick, easy, and painless.

Dr. Roessler is awesome! He is one of FEW, HONEST providers in the area. Hes not going to tell you that you have 15 cavities when you only have one. I trust his judgement when it comes to my familys dental care.
