Absolutely poor front desk customer service. I called before arriving and was told to wait until I get there at 1pm to fill out forms yet my mom had just been there and they gave her the form and said come back at 1pm. I explained my son was a teenager, what was going on and the type of insurance he has and she said they accept it. The girl wanted me to diagnose what he needed to have done like Im a dentist. We get there and the same rude girl said I needed to have my sons picture I.d. for insurance reasons. YOU COULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT OVER THE PHONE. Then I asked since we live 20mins away will he be able to be seen she said as long as we are bk before 2pm. I did 80mph Hm and bk to get bk in time for him to be seen. We get back for her to tell me he cant get the painful tooth taken out today because his insurance has to give prior authorization and could take up to a month to receive. I then asked the prices for me just paying out of pocket because there was absolutely no reason my child should be in pain that long. Bottom line she needs to be fired because all this info could have been told up front over the phone prior to me wasting time and gas, didnt even get an apology and oh yes he was put at the back of the line. I saw bad reviews but hoped they were wrong. They took us in the back and set there for over an hour no service.NOPE, BELIEVE EXACTLY WHAT YOU READ. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Needed an emergency extraction of a wisdom tooth and I was able to walk in during their session times and get right in. I didnt have to wait too long and I didnt have to schedule with my own dentist. I stressed my concerns to the staff and the doctor and they were very considerate of my needs. While there the Doctor informed me that I had another issue with another tooth and that I could save the tooth by having a root canal and crown done. The tooth that could be saved was a second molar and unfortunately the office doesnt offer the root canal on that particular multi-root tooth , they did offer to do the crown for me. So I had the root canal done by an Endodontist and came back to Jacksonville Emergency Dental for the crown as it was less out of pocket compared to the Endos office. I have no more tooth pain and I was able to save a tooth! Thank you Dr Thomasino! I would recommend this office to my family and friends.

My mother and I needed extractions done but we couldnt even seem to get anyone to fit us in early or didnt have a one month away appointment. Once I found this location we looooooooved our experience there, the staff is amazing they greet you with smiles and very helpful. Little paperwork to fill out, they accept all payment types and if insurance is a problem they even have brochures on applying for credit so that you can get your needs handled. They make it a calm environment especially for it being my first time I needed my teeth to be extracted. The dentist was so gentle and kind I did not feel a thing and my pain after was barely felt. I would recommend this location to any and everyone I know. I wouldnt put my dental care in the hands of any other debris. This is definitely my go to place, its just amazing j dont have enough words to describe. :) :) :) :)

I was experiencing jax pain and it was increasingly getting worse. I was informed by friends that Jax Emergency Dental didnt make appts, so that was more convenient for a busy person like myself. The staff was very helpful and understanding. Durning the consultation the Doctor informed me that my biteguard wasnt working any longer as it should and I would need to get a new one. I was able to go ahead the same day and start the procedure for a new biteguard and the wait time was just 2 weeks to recieve the finished product. I did come back to pick up the new biteguard and the Doctor did check to make sure that it fit properly. I was very happy with my experience and satisfied with my biteguard. I havent had any more jaw pain since! Thank you Dr Thomasino and Staff!

The staff really went above and beyond to help me out. Both Kirsten and Lisa were very helpful over the phone. Excellent service from the time I was on the phone all the way to the office. The dentist can be scary for people of any age, but the staff is so warm and inviting. The pricing is very fair. I did not pay completely out of pocket for the whole thing, but if I had, for two teeth to be pulled, they told me it would have been around $360 range, which is not bad at all. I highly recomend this office for anyone in need of help! I wish I could remember the dentist that helped me, he was very kind and first priority was to make the extraction as painless as possible!

I have gone here on three occasions with an emergency and the owner and staff are AWESOME!!!!!! I dont trust any one else with me teeth. I just recently had two teeth pulled one which some didnt want to deal with because of being a wisdom tooth close to my nerve. But not here. I was in and out within an hour!!!! I felt no pain. Im on the second day and need no pain pills, they didnt beat my mouth up pulling my teeth out. Absolutely love them!!!!!!!!!!

I Have not one complaint. I had no clue what to expect, but it was a great experience. No Pain and didnt take long at all! The staff was very nice and didnt mind answering any questions I had.They took the time to explain what they were doing and what I should expect. I was seen by two different dentist and both of them were fantastic! The office was clean and comfortable. I couldnt have asked for a better experience!

I absolutely loved the doctor and his Assistants they are very sweet and make sure you are really comfortable. I was very nervous and the Doctor calmed me down. This is an amazing place to go to get your needs met. The doctor was very gentle pulling my tooth out and talked to me during the process.. Ill recommend this dental place to anyone.. The front desk Assistant is sweet As well. Overall great place!!!!

My grand daughter was in major pain... what I thought were moulers coming in turned out to be wisdom teeth.. at 15 years old!! They got her in immediately did x-rays and found she needed the upper and lower on the right side cut out!! We were out within the hour!! Wonderful staff, Wonderful Doc, clean place and Very caring!! Excellent choice of places to go!!

Walked in on a Sunday. Very nervous. The ladies were very friendly and comforting. Assured me nothing to worry about. Said my feelings were normal. The doctor was professional, precise and quick. He explained future concerns that I needed to watch for and how to prevent. I would come back even if not and emergency.

I had a tooth that was keeping me down and isolated from every body and everything. Went to 2 different denist including the " Health Department" in Yulee, that would not pulling it out for a month or so. Went to ER dental off Dunn Ave and the dentist there was very nice and made me feel like a human being..
