I would NOT advise anyone to go to this facility. One of my sons fillings came out during his football game Saturday which caused his back tooth to chip. I couldnt get him into his primary dentist untill Tuesday so I decided to call them Immeident being that they say their an Urgent Care and they were able to get him in that Monday. Once he gets there they say they wont see him because my mother brought him to the appointment due to me being at school and after me authorizing her to bring him due to me being at school. So I leave school and go up to the office only to have them pick through my sons mouth and do absolutely nothing to help him! My Son left the office in Tears because he was in soo much pain and with the tooth still untouched in his mouth. Then to make matters worse I recieved a call the next morning that they called Csb on me and filed a false claim of medical neglect where clearly my son has had a mouth full of dental work from his primary dentist that he goes to regularly. So now Im on the hunt for a lawyer now because you cannot just go around making false claims on parents with no merit or csuse and I felt that me and my son was discriminated against and I will not take this lightly. No-one should have to fear taking their child to the Er/ Urgent Care in fear that you child will leave worse than when they got there. Or that you would have Children Services Called on you with false allegations. And YES the allegations were FALSE because he was just, seen by his regular dentist where they confirmed my Son HAD NOT been neglect in any way not was all his teeth bad. This situation has cause me and my son a great amount of stress.

The first day I went I got a wonderful dentist named James Turk. My tooth was so infected couldnt pull I had to see surgeon there so came back the following day. The surgeon attempted to numb my mouth I told him after 5 min still had feeling and he gives me another 2 painful shots. Another 5 minutes passed I told him when he poked the gums I couldnt feel it well as soon as he start to pull I said it hurt really bad he wouldnt stop an pulled the tooth. I was in tears. The lady came in and said I could leave I asked for pain meds she said she will ask. The doctor came in and proceeded to tell me Ohio has a drug problem so he dont give pain medication. I told him thats horrible but what does that have to do with me. Im in pain. He asked me how is my liver because I could take 1000mg of advil and 1000mg of Tylenol every four hours. So I could ruin my liver he just walked out the room to the next patient. Two weeks ago my brother in law who is white went and got teeth pulled and they gave him 30 pain pills and he only took a few and tossed the rest. I asked for 5 pills so I can go back to work Monday at a job that requires me to talk. Black lives matter. I dont know if it was a race thing or just a jerk move on his part. I will not be going back to this place every again.

I recently went into an immediadent location in Cuyahoga Falls Ohio. At first, I was frustrated because of my long wait times (over 4 hours) but I understand now after being brought to the back. Please allow me to start by thanking Dr. Nathan P. I dont remember his last name because but he was a great dentist. He was knowledgeable and really explained things in "stupid" terms so I could understand them and I really appreciated it. All of the staff I had contact with was excellent. The pregnant girl at the window was always so happy and helpful and it was nice to see that the Regional VP for ohio (who I met), the CEO, and COO was there to visit. The Hygenist deserves a raise. She literally worked her butt off and the fact that she was able to plug me into an appt when someone cancelled was great, however that pressure washer thing used to clean your teeth really blows. Now the enforcer (black lady whos job it is to tell you that you owe money) was also pleasant and was a really nice lady who delivered bad news with a smile. It was nice to go into the office with friendly staff and be able to leave with a positive experience. So I do have to give credit to the guys and girls there because you guys rock. Too many times do we sit back and only focus on the negatives, but this time, I th

AWFUL!!! The first appointment, I was taken in quickly but was there for over 2 hours and didnt even have a procedure done, only x-rays. The dr came in and looked at my mouth, shoved his pick into every tooth. I need my wisdom teeth extracted, Dr. Turk told me to get them removed now while Im young and someone else is paying for it... I have medicaid. Then I was told that I would get silver fillings because of the kid of insurance I have. I rescheduled for the next day because the other dentists would do white fillings. SO The next day comes and I have an appointment for 3pm. I get there at 2:45 and wasnt taken back until 3:30. I was there until 6pm and all I had done were fillings. Not to mention I had to have another novacane shot during the procedure, I was extremely uncomfortable, had 2 people working on my fillings at separate times AND 3 days later I have a HUGE bruise on that side of my face. My makeup wont even cover it.

Even though there were only negative reviews, I took a chance and went anyway, because I broke one of my teeth in half. This was a Friday night, and despite the fact that I was told on the phone that they were busy, I was only in the waiting room for about 15 minutes, and most of that was filling out "paper work" on the computer. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, from the receptionist, to the assistant that took my x-ray, to the dentist himself. And the dentist was a straight shooter... he could have pulled my tooth himself to get the quick $, but told me that wasnt what was best for my mouth, and came up with a plan of action that made sense. And even though it was near closing time, they went ahead and had the hygienist do my 6 month cleaning instead of having me reschedule it weeks out. VERY impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. Will be going back and recommending them. Thanks!

I had a appointment however I still had to wait over a hour only to find out that the front office did not get an approval from my insurance company for partials as this was not my first visit I was in the office about a month ago getting 6 teeth extracted. Now the Dentist a Mr Turk, oh who never did introduce himself his assistant did that for him, never ask or looked for the approval until after he puts the cold stuff on my upper teeth for the scheduled root canal. Then he proceeds to tell me how he needs to wait for the approval for the partials and the fillings will not be done or the crowns until after he gets a ok for the partials. What kind of crap is that needless to say I will not be going back and I plan to call my insurance Company to let them know just that.
