I am so disappointed with this office. I found this originally through reviews, so I hope it’s understood how important customer satisfaction is. To start, this is nothing against Dr. Beaver. I was pleased with the two crowns he put on and have had no issue. My problem lies from the over $100 bill I received after a should have been covered cleaning. Number 1- I made it perfectly clear I was moving and simply wanted to get my free cleaning done before my insurance expired. Number 2- if an office is considered out of network after advising they take my insurance- this needs to be made clear. Number 3- if there’s going to be additional charges, this needs to be approved by the patient (ig. $40 for xrays) and Number 5- I never even got my teeth brushed with toothpaste. I literally got my teeth hosed off with water simply but they were never actually cleaned nor were they polished. The dental assistant said she’d polish them if I came back to have my pockets cleaned. So essentially, over $100 to have water sprayed on my teeth. Additionally, several attempts were made to come to a solution. I advised I work from home and I cannot take phone calls during the day as my phone is tied in to the network. I never received an email follow up. Really, really, really disappointed. A check was mailed to cover my bill as it’s not worth hurting my credit and at this point, Im disgusted and sick of this whole process, but I can’t emphasize how strongly I am unhappy with this experience.

None of us like going to the dentist, right? Put that myth to the side..Even though I go to Dr. Beavers for general hygiene cleanings, occasionally a problem presents itself at the most inconvenient time for me. He always takes care of my issues promptly with respectful and helpful skills. He is always so professional but still has that boyish charm. The staff always greet you with a happy & cheerful smile. The front counter & first response meeting is always warm & puts you at ease . I would recommend this office of professionals to anyone. I am usually terrified to make a trip to the dentist- the drills and guilty confessions of not flossing make me shudder just thinking about it! Amanda, Dr Beaver, and the techs are always so friendly and ready to educate, it sets me right at ease. On my last trip, I had a cavity filled in addition to my routine cleaning, which was done so quickly and painlessly that I am wondering what I was ever afraid of in the first place! The up to date technology used in the office greatly reduces my discomfort as a patient. In addition to the up to date technology, client comfort appears to be their number one priority. This visit I had treatment done by Dr. Beaver and I am glad to say I am truly satisfied. I had to have the front center tooth refilled from a previous dentist that did the treatment. From the time I was seated the assistant made me feel comfortable. I had been nervous about the treatment and fear of pain, but I am happy to say it was painless. Thanks to Dr. Beaver and his assistant for their wonderful work.

As I was brushing my teeth this morning I was thinking of how pleasant my visit was. Always enjoy talking to Kim and receptionist about family and personal interest. Staff is very competent, patient, and thorough in explaining what is needed next. I leave with a written breakdown of cost so there is no surprises. I never feel pressure to have unnessary procedures performed.

I always feel like I am getting pampered when I go to the dentist because instead of just leaving to wait anxiously in a room, Dr. Beaver and his staff always ask if I would like a warm blanket and they always ask if I am comfortable. I know I am in good hands with them and know that Dr Beaver will always listen to me throughout the procedure and listen to my concerns.

Dr. Beaver did an excellent job fixing my sensitive tooth. His plan of care required drilling my tooth two different times, but it worked. Dr. Beaver is fast and efficient when drilling. He also administered the injection in a way that made it so I wasnt numb for hours and hours. Very satisfied!!!
