Personally, Ive had nothing but a GREAT experience at this office. Dr. Bielawny and his staff are amazing individuals who have always accommodate me to the fullest extent. Ive called several times to reschedule due to last minute plans and everyone has always worked with me to get me seen when Im supposed to. There was a limited time where I actually missed out on several appointments but they caught me up. Dr. Bielawny answers all of my questions and his staff are extremely caring. This is my first pregnancy and they really made me feel at eased. The only reason why I gave 4/5 stars is because the wait can sometimes be anywhere up to an hour, despite having an appointment but it is a very busy office so thats understandable.

So far I have not yet been in to the office, but I was trying to schedule an appt at a few other places and they were either not answering their phone, or not able to book an appt during the time schedule that fits my work schedule (new patients can only go during certain time at some places) This office however, answered the phone moments before closing at 5, and the woman on the phone was just incredibly sweet and understanding. I am not always comfortable going to a new OBGYN, but based on my appt setting situation alone, I am already pleased. We shall see!!

Save yourself and DO NOT make and appointment with this Doctor! His staff is unprofessional and incredibly rude. While trying to speak to the receptionist she cut me off and hung up on me. I called back right away and nobody would answer the phone! This was because my insurance was not accepted after being told I was accepted and an appointment was made for me. I receive an incredibly rude voicemail just saying that my appointment has been canceled. IF YOU ARE PREGNANT DO YOU AND YOUR BABY A FAVOR AND SAVE YOUR TIME!

Dr.bielawny is amazing! My daughter in law was pregnant with our first grandbaby and she loved her whole experience with them! He was caring and always sweet and took amazing care of her and baby right up to delivery day! The only thing that sucks is they stopped taking staywell insurance so my daughter in law is disappointed about not having him as a doctor for her second baby.

Dr. Bielawny is amazing!! I have been with him for over 18 years and through 2 complicated pregnancies. I have nothing but great things to say about him and his nurses. I absolutely recommend him to anyone. He is compassionate, professional and an overall great person. Awesome doctor!
