I had my first visit with Dr. Hayes last week and I am impressed. Ive never had a doctor give me such a thorough examination, not even my GP. Dr. Hayes is an OB-GYN doc and yet he discussed my whole body, giving me information about my diabetes and so forth. He even checked my teeth!!! Dr. William Osler (one of the founders of Johns Hopkins) believed in treating the whole patient too and not just the symptoms. Dr. Hayes is the same kind of doctor. He is patient and takes great pains to explain things. Dr. Hayes is compassionate and really listens to what you have to say. I felt welcomed and never rushed in his office. Ladies, if youre looking for an excellent OB-GYN, look no more. I highly recommend Dr. Hayes. And his staff is friendly and efficient.

Ive been seeing Dr. Hayes & staff for all my prenatal appointments. The first appointment back in January he sat down and thoroughly went over everything that we needed to know going forward (second pregnancy with scheduled C-section as my first was an ER C-section) with my boyfriend and I. Second time around we met Amy (NP) and she did my checkup and she made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. Ive recently met with Becky, the other (NP) and I just got an open and warm feeling from her. The Med assistants all are friendly and Ann at the front always gets on to things that need to be done. So far I am pleased with how things have been and excited for baby boy to come in less than 7 weeks!!

Office staff is inattentive. They do not have an ultrasound on premises. They do not answer the phone. They send you to places for procedures that dont even do them. They do not return calls. They let their patients think theyre still pregnant and wonder why theyre bleeding because they dont have the courtesy to call their patients when an ultrasound comes back irregular for over 3 days. Deplorable treatment during a sensitive time. BUT...they have NO TROUBLE taking your money!

I have been seeing Dr Hayes ever since 2006 . He is a wonderful doctor and got us though our high risk pregnancy in 2007 and saw me though every step of it. I would recommend this doctor to anyone he takes his time to explain any issues you may have and always answers all your questions. I have neve felt rushed GREAT BEDSIDE MANNERS !!! And his staff is GREAT !!! P.S I have been to other doctors in melbourne and never felt the TRUST AND CARE I felt with this office

Dr. Hayes is the absolute best! I normally do not write reviews online, but for Dr. Hayes I have to make an exception. He is prompt and professional for his appointments. He is very warm, caring and has a wonderful sense of humor. He really listens to what you have to say. He is compassionate and really cares about your overall health. I had to have an emergency surgery and I wouldnt trust anyone else. I trust Dr. Hayes completely. He is really the best!

I cannot thank Dr. Hayes enough for the most incredible delivery experience of my life. He delivered my first baby and after lots of horror stories I was so impressed with how calm and relaxed he made the whole experience for my husband and I. I couldnt be happier with my choice to make him my doctor. Throughout my entire pregnancy he was completely attentive and informative as I am a first time mom. I HIGHLY recommend him!

I used Dr. Hayes with my first born 6 years ago and am using him for my current. This go around he has added on Amy Helms and she is so pleasant and easy to talk to. I love how friendly the staff is and if I have a questions Dr. Hayes will take the time to answer each one. One big thing I love is that he is not a pusher, but will give me his expert advice. I cant recommend him enough
