My experience with the Providence Office has been awful. I tried to reach Dr Hull or her nurse Jessica 5 times this morning and kept being told that they would relay the message. My first call was at 9AM and I called every hour until 1PM. Each time they showed no concern that my request was urgent and that I was in some pain. Finally, on my call at 1PM, I was told that everyone was gone to lunch but that a prescription was called in thirty minutes ago. After all of my attempts for help, no one thought to let me know that a Rx had been called in? I began to cry and told them how awful the experience was and Tammy at the front desk just said that there was nothing she could do becasue she is not clinical. O apology. Nothing. I will be finding a new OBGYN. They do NOT care about their patients well being.

Dr. Hull was amazing for our first child, taking the time to answer all the questions we had. Because she was so awesome and reassuring the first time, we are using her again. My wife loves her and could not think of going with any other doctors. If you look at the one negative review on here, please note that the complaint is about the office, not Dr. Hull. Also, this person complained that she wasnt getting a response when she called every hour. I am not sure what doctors office will have a response in an hour or even four, especially when they are taking appointments throughout the day, so please dont give the negative review any credence. We have never had any issues with the office and everyone is friendly and responsive.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Hull. She spent a good amount of time with me discussing my concerns. Her demeanor is very pleasant and she was genuinely concerned about my health. She explained everything she was doing and provided recommendations. Best bedside manner of any doctor Ive ever seen.
