Ive been going to Dr. Nwanagu since 2016 May. His staff is incredible and supportive and accommodating to all my demands. He is a great listener and even suggested some natural remedies for certain issues and they worked. He also has a great bedside manner. Hes friendly and has a great sense of humor. The wait can be long at times, so work with the staff to get the best appointment that will get you moved along quickly. Hes got a lot of patients. Must be for a reason! As a surgeon: In October of 2018 he did my surgery to have a 10cm fibroid removed. Two weeks later I was up and at em again (driving, etc). Im still doing follow up appts, but I havent felt better in my life. Of course this was accompanied by a change in diet and now, yoga. Receptionist: Dont get the ANSWERING SERVICE that is outsourced mixed up with his ACTUAL ONSITE MEDICAL STAFF. The onsite staff that hes hand picked is AWESOME. They are professional, friendly, and they remember your name. If you call during off hours, youll get the answering service, which are nameless, faceless off site people whom he didnt hire directly, and theyre instructed to ONLY call him if youre going into labor. Thats it. Ive had problems with them in the past because of their general attitude and hes told me to always inform him of those types of problems. Since the surgery I havent really had to deal with them because I call a lot less now.

Heather at the front desk who also answer the phone can be very unprofessional and rude. I have called numerous of times trying to speak to Dr. Nwanagu he has not returned a call yet & I was told by Heather I wasnt able to speak to him. Im so glad I am not under their care as a patient. RATE 0 STARS Get a better phone receptionist.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! This is the last place on earth you want to come to. The doctors here dont care for his patients and he hires the dumbest staff on the planet. I cant believe we breathe the same air. The lard ass head nurse refuses to do anything. Her head is shoved way up her ass! Stay away!!!!!!

This place is definitely NOT somewhere you would like to waist your time ! No one answers the phone, no one returns phone calls. The dr is great but the staff and nurses are very unprofessional and rude ! Definitely look into other facilities before spending money here !

Sometimes GOD work through his people, in this case its Dr.Nwanagu, he has all the right stuff that makes certain parts of your life easier to cope with.May GOD continue the good work he has started in this doctor.
