Susan Foxs Kendall location is a TERRIBLE HORRIBLE place! stay away from this place. They have an awful/irresponsible staff at the front desk. If you value your time, please stay away. Here is my experience with this people. I made an appointment about a month ago. First because the doctor showed (an stills shows today as a part of BlueCross BlueShield in-network), and second because a friend recommended. When I made the appointment, they asked me for my insurance company, card and numbers. There was no appointment available until one month later, but I decided to accept and wait the month. I asked for the day off at work to be on time and go to the appointment. I drove about 35minutes in traffic to get there, thinking that it would be a great new doctor. However, when I get there a non-friendly very rude lady on the front desk (without even looking to me on the eye) tells me that sorry they do not take my insurance!! LADY, I have been waiting over a month for the appointment, plus I requested the day off and drive all the way down here for you to tell me that sorry we do not take the insurace? So why you asked me for all my info over a month ago? to wait for the last minute to tell me you do not take my insurance? even though your Susan Fox Doctor is on the insurance website as an in-network available doctor! I value my time and my effort, and this people seem to not care. She did not even apologize for the inconvenience. She saw how her doctors name was there, qnd she said that it was no on their end, so why a month ago you did not mentioned that you do not take my insurance? there is awful people in this world. Of course, as a responsible person, not like them, as soon as I stepped out.. I called Anthem to request the removal of this lady from their directory. I am sure they never called to get her name remove because they do not care about patience life and time. Stay away from SUSAN FOX KENDALL location!

I HONESTLYTHOUGHT I WAS IN THE BEST HANDS. I BEGAN GOING TO THIS FACILITY OVER A YEAR AGO. THEN I RECENTLY BECAME PREGNANT, AND SO BEING NEW TO THE AREA I DECIDED TO CONTINUE SERVICES WITHT HEM. BUT ON MYVERY FIRST DAY OF FINDING OUT I WAS PREGNANT, THE DOCTOR DID NOT REALLY TAKE HER TIME WITH ME TO EXPLAIN THINGS TO ME. KNOWING IT WAS MY FIRST PREGNANCY, AND THAT WITH MY PCOS HISTORY, TO ME IT WAS A MIRACLE TO BE PREGNANT AT AGE 36. SO, I DID NOT THINK ANYTHING OF IT, AND CONTINUE MY SERVICES, AND KEPT ALL OF MY APPOINTMENTS. ALL THE APPOINTMENTS CONSISTED OF BLOOD TEST,AND REFERRALS TO THE PERINATAL OFFICE. NO REAL CONVERSATION BETWEEN ME & THE DOCTOR. THE NURSE RAISED CONCERNS ABOUT ME LOOSING WEIGHT RATHER THAN GAINING, AND ABPUT MY HYPERTENTION BUT THE DOCOTOR DID NOT SEEM TO PAY MUCH MIND. SHE EVEN SUGGESTED I KEEP LOOSING WEIGHT BY EATING LESS, WORKING OUT, AND EVEN MENTIONED THE FACT THAT I HAD PLENTY OF FAT. I DID NOT LIKE THE COMMENTS, BUT AGAIN DECIDED TO KEEP MY NEXT APPOINTMENT. SO, MY PRENATAL PILLS WERE MAKING ME SICK. ON MY NEXT APPT. I ASKED THE DOCTOR TO PRESCRIBE SOMETHING MAYBE SENSITIVE TO MY STOMACH, AND SHE BLATANTLY LAUGHED IN MY FACE AS IF WHAT I WAS ASKING HER WAS A JOKE. TO ME IT WAS IMPORTANT THAT I GET REAL MEDICAL ATTENTION , AND OVERALL PROFESSIONAL. SO, I FIRED MY OB AT 17 WEEKS PREGNANT, AND WENT AHEAD WITH A NEW DOCTOR. ON MY FIRST VISIT TO MY NEW DOCTOR, I MUST SAY I AM VERY IMPRESSED. AMAZING SERVICE HE DID WHAT DR. FOX DID NOT DO IN ALL 17 WEEKS OF MY PREGNANCY. SO, IN SHORT IF YOU LIKE HER SERVICES THAN MORE POWER TO YOU. IF YOU DO NOT THAN FIRE HER, DONT BE SCARED LIKE I WAS. I MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE FOR ME, AND MY BABY. THE ONLY REASON I GAVE A 2 STARS IS BECAUSE ONE STAFF MEMBER, WAS ALWAYS VERY NICE TO ME.

First off total experience heartbreaking, my appointment was for 12:15 arrived around 11:35, we werent seen till around 1 then when I relayed the sad news of my miscarriage we were treated as an inconvenience and made to wait 20 minutes longer to then be sent to a room to wait once again. Finally they asked me to urinate in a cup for them and wait again. After feeling pain and sadness and then agitation the nurse walks in and asked "so what are you here for?" Now what kind of a greeting is that?? Anyway answered with my miscarriage 2 day prior she looked at me skeptically and then asked if I was sure I had even been pregnant and if I had indeed gone to the hospital. I shut down in silent grief leaving her with nods in responses. I had never felt so much hurt from words till then. Yes I had been 12 weeks pregnant and yes I did miscarry and yes I did go to the hospital were I bled for hours all over the place. As I cried in pain and sorrow. Yes the doctor did confirm my miscarriage and he did a d&c removing the rest of my fetus from my womb. At the moment I couldnt feel anger toward this woman all I could feel was numbness over thinking had it all been a fake pregnancy. ....it was later after we left that I felt it hit me . This place is horrible. Id never recommend or go back to such a digesting place. No ethics . No manners , terrible place. Why would the doctor at the hospital insist I see my obgyn after 2 days? She didnt even examine me all she did was stand there and in a way accuse me of not having been pregnant at all. They couldnt even send a prescription right I called my pharmacy and said they werent sent any medicine at all, twice. Worthless and hurtful.

This review is not intended to bash the office but to WARN any expecting women. WORSTE EXPERIENCE!!! Let me start by saying that I asked the doctor if I could get Pre natals and she told me I could buy them anywhere, turns out my insurance covers them and I could have been getting them free this entire time! Second I asked if they had pamphlets or what to do when I had any questions, and the nerve of these people to tell me I can find anything on google!!!!!! Great you got a degree so you can tell people to search Google. They didnt explain anything in depth or at all for that matter and when you go you have to wait 2 hours after your scheduled appointment to be seen. They tried billing my insurance for something they did not do to me, and when you call youre on hold for like 40 minutes. Everything there is a mess one person tells you one thing and another person something else. I asked them to fill out some paper work for my job and they filled out the paper work WRONG and it got denied at my job. You would think that with their practice they are aware about expecting mothers hormones and would try and make your life a bit easier but that is not the case with these people. NO STARS!!!! I recommend a MID WIFE!!!!!!! To oversee your pregnancy the experience is really so much better and I wish I would have done this from the start. Im 22 weeks now and Susan Fox office really made those past 20 weeks dreadful.
