I have been going to Pike Creek Dentalfor many years now. Since I turned 60 years old, I became increasing aware of some crowding and unevenness, most especially in my lower front teeth. As a maturing female, I really became more aware of the smiles of people as they age. It is such a noticeable difference and really not too common, to see straight teeth among this age group. Besides affecting my smile, my teeth were becoming much harder to clean and keep clean. When I mentioned my concerns, Michelle, my amazing hygienist and Robin, a fantastic longtime assistant, each mentioned (at different appointments)...the "Six Month Smile" procedure. Since they have known me and my teeth for many years now, I knew that they truly understood and wanted the best treatment for me. I just finished the "Six Month Smile" treatment in July and the results are so much better than I ever expected! I am still amazed every time that I see them in the mirror! Also, the ease of cleaning and staying cleaner is such an important added benefit. Now, I feel that I can have them the rest of my life! I was truly impressed with Dr, Robinsons perfectionism, skill, and caring attitude the entire six months of treatment. He never once left the room without asking me if I had any questions. Also, his ortho team: Toni, Ashley, Dana and Susan are so experienced that I always felt so comfortable in their hands, as well. They always made a note of any questions at the start of the appointment and answer them if they could or relay to Dr, Robinson, as soon as he entered the room. All in all, my experience with the "Six Month Smile" was nothing short of miraculous! My teeth are not only even, but, a very pretty white, as well. The whitening treatment was included with the treatment.

I have been going to Pike Creek Dental for over 30 yrs. Their dental staff is impeccable. My whole family goes there to take care of their dental needs. Recently Dr. Robinson talked to me about the "Six Month Smiles" program they were very excited about after I had commented on my very obviously ugly crooked and projecting teeth. As the years have gone by my one front tooth had moved horribly in front overlapping my other front tooth an others were going wherever they wanted! I just thought it was something I should live with since I didnt do anything about it years ago. I didnt want to go through years of braces, etc, etc. Dr. Robinson went step by step through the program and I was so confident in their ability to give me a gorgeous smile I did it. I will tell you it was easy, fast and the results were amazing to see my teeth move to a beautiful smile. For me it brought me to tears to see people looks at me for my great smile and not for my horrendously looking teeth. Please, if you have been dreaming of having a great smile, dont hesitate. This is a great cosmetic procedure for adults to correct your smile. Dr. Robinson and his wonderful staff will explain the program and get it done. They will put your mind at ease, its so much faster than conventional braces, definitely not as expensive and absolutely worth about 6 months of your time. They will address all your questions, appointments are accommodating and staff is genuinely excited to make you a great smile. I now go by every mirror and smile instead of closing my mouth. Tell them Andrea sent you! I dont get anything out of it but Id love for everyone at Pike Creek Dental to know that you have read the reviews and that is what made you go it to pursue your dream of a great smile.

Where do I begin? Dr. Robinson along with the entire staff of PCD is extremely friendly/professional, and they immediately make you feel like a part of the family. I grew up going to a family dentist where you could easily tell that their goal was to burn and turn their patient base. I dreaded it as a kid, mainly because they were so rough on my mouth. I know that hindsight is 20/20 but, boy do I wish I grew up visiting a dentist like Dr. Robinson. The entire PCD experience is incredible, and it starts with the moment you walk thru the door to an extremely clean and well maintained patient waiting room decked out with an exotic fish aquarium and arcade to keep the kids busy. The staff is phenomenal, and Ive never waited for more than 5 minutes before being fetched to begin my appointment. The hygienists are a breath of fresh air, treating each patient with the utmost care. I can rest assured knowing that the staff is using the most progressive dental technology available; to make sure my perfect smile needs are met! As an outsider, it is easily perceived that their number one priority is to ensure each patient is comfortable. Have you ever had trouble remembering when your routine dental check-up is? At PCD they will call/text/email (patients choice) a couple times the week leading up to your appointment, so that you are well aware of your next scheduled visit. In my opinion, Pike Creek Dental is THE cutting edge one stop shop for all of your dental needs. In my book, Dr. Robinson and his practice are ALL-TIME! I look forward to my next cleaning appointment!

I have been a patient with Pike Creek Dental since 2011. I moved to Delaware from Southern California and had a very hard time finding a dentist that I felt comfortable going to. I tried 2 other dentists in the area before a coworker suggested Pike Creek Dental. I started out seeing Dr. Kwon for a root canal and a couple of fillings and then came back for additional fillings with Dr. Gioffre. Sometime along the way, I became a patient of Dr. Robinson. Dr. Robinson, Dr. Gioffre, and Dr. Kwon are all phenomenal dentists. The entire staff at Pike Creek Dental are always warm, inviting, and make me feel at ease regardless of the reason for my visit. Before any work is done, the staff will consult with me regarding my financial obligations and payment options and Dr. Robinson always goes over recommendations for treatment in a kind and professional manner. Dr. Robinson and his staff take time to get to know their patients and remembers them. I always appreciate that Dr. Robinson and his staff will call after a procedure to make sure that all is going well and to inquire if I have any questions or concerns. After one of my crowns (I have had several), I experienced significant pain several weeks later. I was able to call the office and get an appointment right away. I greatly appreciate that I do not have to worry about getting an appointment. The office is relaxing, clean, and welcoming. I enjoy going to the dentist and actually look forward to it! You should try out Pike Creek Dental! :)

Today was my first time here. What a wonderful bunch of people! Andrea was very welcoming and sweet. Linda gave me my x-rays and my teeth cleaning. She is very knowledgeable and taught me some things I was never told in the past and also, at 44 yrs old I was actually shown how to floss correctly after all these years. I was doing it wrong so it was hurting my gums. Linda is also a hoot and very gentle. So gentle, I bit her finger - haha - I didnt realize it was in my mouth - really! Dr Kwon did my exam and is super nice as well. I have some teeth that arent aligned up top that I would love to have fixed so we talked about Six Month Smiles - clear braces you wear for approx. 4-9 months. They are remodeling too and everything looks so nice and clean. Also, a nice bonus - there is a Ms. Pac-Man in the childrens waiting room - now you know I had to play the game! Who says games are for kids?! I only completed one screen so not a long wait. Everyone I interacted with was just great. Some places just have miserable people working in their offices and it does not make for a pleasant experience. The staff here were friendly and welcoming which I think is very important when working with people. Thank you all for being so sweet! ~Michele Giordano
