I as well as both my parents went here. My mom went first and they told her she needed multiple things done including a root canal she completed it all. My dad visited a couple months after seeing another dentist just to get another cleaning in. They proceed to tell him he has gingivitis and need a gingivitis cleaning as well as a regular cleaning done. (which was also what they told my mother). I didnt think much about it and decided to go in this morning and I WAS GIVEN THE SAME EXACT RESULTS. While waiting for my end of appointment consultation the person in the room next to mine was getting the same exact speech from the same exact hygienist. I understand that its a common thing but EVERYONE? They then require you to buy a $200+ tooth brush and rinse and medicated paste. I called in once I got home to see if there was a possibility to just get a regular cleaning done and they refused to do a regular cleaning if I didnt get the gingivitis treatment first.

Terrible experience. Money grubbers. Went there to get recemented a crown that had come loose. After their work, it came loose again 2 days later. The dentist, Payal, (Dr. B they call her), intentionally did the recementing last and first put me thru the paces, for nearly 2 hrs, of checking everything else, even under the gums, so they could give me a whole list of things that were needed and the costs. Then told me that if I wanted this done I would have to get that done, etc, etc to maximize the money of getting any work done. A bunch of money grubber, especially Dr. Payal B. Watch out for these folks and leave your wallet home.

Very impersonalble experience. I was getting 2 teeth filled and the dentist and assistant were rushing with the procedure so much so the dentist actually DROPPED A INSTURMENT ON MY FACE! She apologized of course and said oops thats what happens when I rush. My jaw is hurting 3 days later from where they pushed my mouth open to do the procedure (I have a small mouth but there is no need to hyperextend my jaw !). i have been going to sams dentist for 27years but had to switch due to a recent move and Im thinking to make the 1.5hr drive just to continue with them and avoid this place.

This place is a money making machine. They dont care about the patient, they just want to get procedures to maximize profits. They wanted to charge me over $2000 for "a special cleaning" and a root canal!!!! I got a second opinion and I didnt need either one. A root canal is a big thing to get done, so Im glad the second opinion proved it unnecessary. Im glad I didnt allow myself to be ripped off, and be subjected to unnecessary painful procedures. Dont go there. Find a nice local independent dentist instead.

Nightmare. Waste of time and money. Did the financial plan, wanted to only pay first visit, which wouldnt have had that one either if i had gotten a 2nd opinion. I am paying for both visits even though i had 1 which wasnt needed. Very pissed, and they said they fixed it. Then i call back a week later, cause its not fixed. They say the computer system is down, call you back. Never called back. Would love to give corporate a piece of mind, a d get 100% cash back for wasting my time, and money.

Despite being scolded for not getting the incorrectly recommended root canal by the same office I have been treated very well here. I got a 2nd opinion from another doctor in the office that contradicted everything a few other doctors at the same office tried to tell me. I give them a 5 star rating because I greatly appreciate the honest opinion of Dr. Chadha (i think) had it not been for him listening to my complaint fully I would have been out of hundreds dollars.

Everyone from front entrance to the back gave me respect, treated me with kindness,to taking xrays were mindful of my pain, took great concern to explain everything very well. Truly appreciate thier care for me as a person not a number on an insurance card. Thankyou. I only wish was that they would have pulled out the tooth there that was causing me so much pain. Would truly recommend aspen for thier care and concern. Thank you again.

My Experience with Aspen Dental has been Awesome. I had a scraping and scaling procedure done on my teeth. and my Hygenist Miranda was awesome. I got the whole procedure done without novacaine. She was extremely personable and confident in her skills. It was a great experience would highly recommend her services. I would also like to say that Jessica the Office Manager and Dr.Chadha were awesome to.

I have had the same dentist for the last 20 years so finding a new dentist wasnt something I was looking forward to; I was pleasantly surprised. Dr. Chandra listened to my concerns and we made a treatment plan within my first visit. The reception lady was friendly when I got there and the Dental hygienist was professional, efficient and cordial. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental on Krocks Road.

You advertised free consultation and ex rays , when I arrived with my own ex ray of tooth to be pulled, you stated that you needed to take your own ex ray at a cost of 110.00. All though you discounted the price, I was not pleased. I went along with the price because the tooth had to be pulled. On the plus side, the extraction was painless and professionally done. Thank you, Bob Seibert

Do not go to this place! I had 2 root canals done with crowns about a year ago. One crown chipped exposing the metal core after 8 months. They wanted to charge me the total cost again! Now my other crown feels loose! Use a local dentist and not a big chain like this place. I found someone to do my crown replacement for about 1/2 of what Aspen wants. You have been warned.

I had the worst experience here! I went in & right away told I need over $5,000, out of my pocket, in dental work that needs to be done. The total billing would be something like $12,000 or $13,000. With a deep cleaning & 5 crowns! My teeth are not bad & to be told this I was shocked. I told them I dont want all that & Im told I must. Needless to say I never went back!

In the Aspen Dental located in the new mall on 222 the experience has been wonderful. Starting with the secretary that is very nice. Also the young lady Alyssa she is just awesome shes in charge of explaining the different payment offers they offer. She help us very well especially that we dont have insurance. The experience with everything and everyone was just great

I stopped going there a few years ago due to horrible wait times. I would wait for an hour in the waiting room (with an appointment), than wait another hour in the chair. Aspen Dental was the reason I installed games on my phone so I would have something to due while I wait. I would understand if it was once in a while but this was all the time.

The Hygienist was very pleasant and professional. I do not like that the receptionist does not review what or if there is a cost that the insurance will not pay before seeing the dentist or hygienist. So when I was checking out I was told that 2 services are not covered by my insurance and ended up paying $64 out of pocket.
