I rarely write reviews, but my experience here was well beyond my expectations. I have been to many dentists over the years and while some of them have been fine, it was still a dentist visit. I, like many other people, do not necessarily love going to the dentist. I never minded it when I was young, but as I have gotten older and had crowns, a dental implant to replace a baby tooth, and 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed, I am less excited to go in for my check-ups every 6 months. I was not happy with my current dentist and happened to see an ad for this new dental practice. I read reviews online and did my research. One of the things that stood out to me is that they can do dental surgery right there in the office. They can give nitrous when you have more complicated procedures done and they understand that some of us do not want to be alert while drilling and other horrible things are done in our mouths. Also, they have flexible office hours. I made the appt online, which I appreciated. It is nice to be able to take care of the appt scheduling when you think about it without the office needing to be open. When I got there I was amazed at how friendly everyone was - from the front desk receptionist, to the dental hygienist, Dr. Simeone, and the office manager Christina. There was literally no stress. They have state of the art equipment, which made the x-rays much easier. I had a tooth bothering me and they were able to pull up a color image on the screen to show me which tooth it was and why it was hurting. There was an obvious crack and erosion around a really old filling. They checked insurance coverage for the procedure while I was there and gave me my payment options. They are very flexible and the costs were reasonable by the way. I am scheduling my appt for next week. I will be having nitrous for my crown because I am a wuss. I can honestly say that I am a true new patient. I have never met any of the staff or anyone who knows the staff before in my life. No one asked me to write this review. I was just that impressed with my experience. I am making an appt for my husband and I plan on telling everyone about how great this place is. You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Mark Simeone is an exceptionally gifted and caring Dentist. In my experience, he is the very best that I have encountered. Today, Dr. Mark performed a root canal procedure for me by adjusting his schedule to accommodate my painful abscess. He is extremely capable and skillfully wields most any garden variety dental drill with aplomb. He is THE " DArtagnan of Dentistry" with rapier wit and peerless surgical skill in his operating chair! Alexander Dumas would have himself insisted upon Dr. Monsieur Simeone as his Court Dentist! The staff, comprised of the enchanting Ms. Christine and most affable Dental Assistant, Ms. Lisa, could not have been more gracious or capable, as well. The drive to Coatesville from Doylestown took me about 90 minutes for near emergency treatment, for which Dr. Mark was kind enough to accommodate me with a late afternoon appointment. He gave me his undivided attention to insure a flawless outcome. I would be happy to make this same trip again for more mundane dental interventions because of my unshakable confidence in Dr. Mark and his terrific staff! J.Albert. Doylestown

I could not be happier to write a review about my first experience at Chester County Dental Arts! Switching to the new office was a breeze! From transferring records from my previous dentist to scheduling my appointment and verifying my insurance, the office manager, Christina was very thorough. My hygienist was awesome! Jenna is the best hygienist I have ever had! My mouth used to always hurt by the time I was done getting my cleaning but that is not the case with Jenna. She is very gentle but does an excellent job. My teeth have never felt cleaner than they did after seeing her. Dr. Simeone is incredibly knowledgeable and is amazing at making you feel at ease about your procedure. He takes his time to calm all your dental fears and anxiety. For the first time I had no apprehension about scheduling my next appointment. I can’t wait to come to the dentist again! I commend the entire staff from start to finish, and thank Dr. Simeone for taking his time with me..I will definitely be returning and referring all my family and friends!

The staff at Chester County Dental Arts is AMAZING! They are cheerful and bright. It was a breeze to get my records transferred and Christina was incredibly helpful with my insurance issues. They use the latest equipment and technology available! My hygienist Jenna was so gentle I had no pain after my cleaning! She was very informative and super nice! This is the best cleaning Ive ever had! Dr. Simeone checked me after my exam and pointed out some flaws in my old work. They eased my dental anxieties and I am excited he has the best equipment and know how to repair some of my issues and address my dental needs in the future! What a GREAT group of people. We really needed someone like this locally for a long time. Ive found my familys forever dentist. Thank You Jenna, Christina, Dr. Simeone and Staff! :)

I had not been to the dentist in a few years and was nervous to get a cleaning. After doing some research and reading other reviews, I called Chester County Dental Arts and scheduled a visit. Im glad I did. Dr Simeone and his staff are absolutely wonderful. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed during my cleaning. My dentist hygienist Stephanie was very nice and answered all my questions and eased all my concerns . Christina the office Manager was amazing and worked with both my insurance and schedule to put together my next appointment. Very fast and efficient! I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new dentist office. See you in 6 months!

I cant thank Dr. Simeone enough for the experience I has recently at Chester County Dental Arts! I was so embarrassed that I had not been to the dentist in a few years, but as soon as I walked in the office, I was greeted by Dr. Simeone and Christina, and they made me feel comfortable right away! I had a cleaning , X Rays and a thorough exam. Dr. Simeone even took color pictures of my teeth to help me understand better the treatment I need! The office is beautiful and the staff is so friendly. I cant imagine going anywhere else from now on! Thank you Dr. Simeone for taking such good care of me AND making me feel so comfortable! I absolutely love this dental practice! Dr. Simeone and staff are all wonderful. The office is the cleanest and most modern I have ever visited. As someone who is nervous about dental work, I was quickly put at ease. Dr. Simeone is relaxed yet thorough. He takes the time to get to know you, and is always careful to explain the procedures to you. I was perhaps most impressed by his up-to-date methods. Dr. Simeone seems to be right on the cutting edge of dentistry, which resulted in pain free procedures for me... I really ant recommend this practice to strongly. If you are looking for a dentist, you couldnt find a better place. Check it out!
