I went to this location based on reviews and I should have done more research! After I visited "Dr" Bill about a sensitivity issue with a tooth on the right side, he recommended on a crown but mentioned I may need a root canal. Advising me of both options, I took the precaution/cheaper way and went with just a crown. On top of this, "Dr" Bill recommended that I get 2 fillings on the left side and a deep cleaning. Trusting in his knowledge, I got the fillings and the crown basically at the same time maxing out my insurance. I advised that I would have to do the deep cleaning when my insurance renewed. I did ask if I could just get a basic cleaning and he said yes but the lady doing the cleanings said she wouldnt do it, ethically because it would be pointless? Now having a crown on the right side and 2 fillings on the left, I am in pain constantly and having to take Ibuprofen every day. 2 months later one of the left fillings is still severely sensitive to hot and cold. Mind you, I didnt have this issue with that tooth before the filling. I did go back to have him fix the high bite and redo the filling with a medicated padding. The second filling didnt work/help because the padding was temporary (which I wasnt told at the time was). "Dr" Bill didnt advise me that I may need a root canal on that tooth at the time of the filling but now after he drilled all the way to the roots, I do. Now adding another 1500 dollars of financial burden on me, all he said was "you shouldnt have gotten cavities". How can you trust someone who backlashes like this to you because of something they caused. Take your teeth care somewhere else, he is just after your money.

Everyone at this office was amazing. My 2 boys 5 and 4 were seen today and the staff was so patient and kind. My one son hated the taste of the cotton candy toothpaste and the hygienist stoped and swiched to another flavor for him. She was so gentle with them both. The doctor was also very great with my boys. He knows how to talk with children and made the experience great for them. We just moved here and Im excited we found a great family dentist.

Dr. Capati and his staff are exceptional. Plus, the office is immaculate and beautifully decorated providing a soothing and relaxing environment during your visit. Both Dr. Capati and Taylor were easy to interact with, and I felt comfortable asking them questions. Taylor provided a pain free and thorough cleaning. Dr. Capati addressed my problem and provided the most cost-effective solution. I highly recommend Sugar Creek Family Dental.

I love Dr. Capati! Hes the best dentist Ive ever had and I highly recommend him to anyone. Ive only seen him twice and both times he was not only professional BUT also funny so it doesnt make it seem like its just serious. You can tell he enjoys his job and he truly cares for his patients. The staff here is so incredibly nice. They were very kind and patient with my not so cooperative and nervous son. They got him in right away when he was having a tooth ache. The office is also very modern and at home feeling. The up to date technology helped ease my son by allowing him to play on an I pad and watch cartoons on the ceiling! I am so happy with this office and thankful for how great they were.

My 11 year old son had to get a tooth pulled and 2 fillings. He just started going here and is usually terrified of the dentist cause a past experience with a different dentist but hes no longer scared thanks to Dr. Capati and his staff. As a new patient I was very impressed! They have a very clean and welcoming establishment. The staff is upbeat and personable. They make you feel very comfortable and confident in their practice! I went in as a new patient for a cleaning and check up, and was able to schedule an appointment to get fillings within the next couple weeks. I highly recommend this place!

After putting off going to the dentist for a while, I finally decided to schedule a cleaning with Sugar Creek Family Dental. The staff was incredibly nice and the teeth cleaning was so easy in that comfy chair, I nearly fell asleep. Thanks to the staff and Dr Bill, Ive already scheduled my next appointment.

I can not believe how kind and accommodating they are!!!! Very welcoming environment! From start to finish everyone is so friendly. Abra made my sons (3, 7 & 9) feel SOO comfortable!!! Dr. Bill did a great job explaining things. Overall, 5 isnt good enough to describe our experience!

Best dental experience ever. Easy breezy! The staff could not have been better! I can say I have never felt relax enough at the dentist but this first visit, I couldnt stop laughing. Very welcoming and fun office. My son enjoyed it also. It is worth the drive 1 mile or 20 miles.
