What a fantastic Staff. From the front desk all the way to the chair you feel welcomed and accommodated. I always visit Alpha plus when it comes to dental needs and recently had a great experience with my Wisdom-Teeth Extraction. My appointment was at 11 and was taken in on time. Unfortunately I metabolize the anesthesia very quickly and while it was supposed to only take 45 minutes to extract 3(all I had) it turned into an hour and 45 minute ordeal and the staff was very understanding. They extended my booking time to make sure we could get these teeth out and I was very impressed at how quickly the operation went once I was numb enough.

I made an appointment to see the dentist, but the dentist felt that it was more important to leave early on a Friday than stick around for my appointment. No one called and told me this, instead they waited for me to show up, did the cleaning and Xray, and told me I would have to make a second appointment to actually have the Xray read and find out if I had any cavities or issues. The office was OK but fairly dirty. The 2 people who actually stayed at my appointment were nice enough, but were not dentists...

Dr.Kovtun and his staff has been great to my mother and helped her smile again without worries that she has to show her teeth. He has helped us with choosing the best insurance for her procedures and laid out a plan of action. For the past year, he and his staff worked tirelessly to bring her oral health back to normal. I can’t thank them enough for all they did for us. They are very professional, personable, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I highly recommend this office and thank you Dr. Kovtun!

The quality is perfect, the pricing is reasonable, facility is clean, the staff members are friendly and always able make an appointment that works for the my schedule. I called Dr. Lipovetskiy office as he had been recommended to me. His staff was very nice and booked an appointment immediately after explaining my emergency. Dr. Boris diagnosed my issue within seconds and got rid of my pain. I cant thank them enough! I havent been able to find a good dentist in the Boston area until I was referred to Dr. Lipovetskiy. I was relaxed and never felt a thing . He takes new patients and has Saturday hours!

Natalia and Dr. Kovtun, along with all the office staff and the hygenists are top notch. Natalia took special care of me today when I needed an anesthetic - she took special care to make sure all my needs were met regarding a chronic severe illness that I have. Great experience. They really care about your oral health. I was getting a filling done aft a cleaning was done only two weeks earlier and they helped do a bit more cleaning to keep my teeth clean even tho I was there for only a filling.
