Took my 2 year old daughter her for her first dental appointment. We have tricare metlife which they do accept vmbut I still had to pay $17 out of pocket. I didnt mind because I really like the service and kid friendly attitude of the staff. Not really familiar with the area, so we got lost trying to find the office. FYI its located in the Gulf Coast Medical Arts Plaza adjacent to the dermatology office. The office waiting area was really cute. Small table for kids with tablet and other toys for them to play with. Grown up coffee stand and fridge with water bottles. Was greeted promptly and politely to check in. Called back quickly too. Our dental hygienist was Dominique and she was kind and friendly and helpful. Luckily the little one behaved and her exam went smoothly. They weighed her first and then reviewed her health. The exam room had a medium size dental chair but kids appliances. They made the atmosphere really kid friendly but not overly so. She first examined the teeth and gum lines. Then she brushed and flossed. Gave us tips on how to that and ways to avoid cavities. No xrays were needed. Next the dentist came in and she was really nice and bubbly. Very kid friendly and spent quality time with our daughter while doing her exam.

From start to finish IMPECCABLE patient service... The start: Libby the receptionist collecting and scheduling my childrens appointment was done % 100 hassle free. In between: arriving to the appointment such a warm, entire family friendly (kureg) , and Immaculate facility... very impressive! The end: Dr . Simmons (male) was amazing with my 13 month old gentle yet able to keep and manage total control of a frisky toddler.... his wife Dr. Simmons as well, came over being as Beautiful as she is out.... Overall theses Pediatric Dentist are a BLESSING to Pensacola Im wishing their entire TEAM much success!!! Thank you for such a great experience.

Today was our first time in the office and we had an excellent experience. Everything from the cleanliness to the friendliness was exceptional! Dr. Simmons seems like a really great guy and made my son feel very comfortable, he even took a few minutes to speak to him about his favorite show WWE Monday Night Raw to put his mind at ease. This is also one of the only offices Ive ever been to that didnt keep us in the waiting room 30-45+ minutes after our appt time. They get an A+ in my book and Im happy to say that we have found an amazing dental Healthcare team for our children!

Today was our first visit with Dr. Simmons, and they had me in tears...HAPPY tears...my son is 8 with significant sensory issues...and as he said on the way home, he didnt have to "have war with the Doctor" which is exactly what happened at many other dentist....they are amazing and had him smiling, and excited to go back!! Think we have found our dentist for good.

Pensacola kids dentistry quoted me $180 for for a filling, I paid $197. 2 weeks later I got a bill for $160. When I called the girl in accounts said " Ive been dealing with insurance companies for 7 years, I know what Im talking about"!!. So why did you quote me $180 when it was clearly $340.

The team is so friendly and kind! Drs. Neil and Allison Simmons are both excellent dentists and my daughter feels extremely comfortable at every visit. I would recommend Pensacola Kids Dentistry to all of my friends for their childrens dental care!.
