AVOID, THEY MIGHT ROB YOU. Had a 11/14/2016 emergency appointment for a broken tooth. The sign-in paperwork was excessively long-- 8 pages I think, of fine print. Almost all the focus was on making sure she got paid. Im a reader, so I read it all. There was a paragraph which said that all prices were estimates, that adjustments could be made to the charges even after I had paid, and that I would be responsible for any supplemental invoices they might send. I wrote in that I would pay cash in-full today for any services rendered and would not pay any supplemental invoices, and initialed next to it. The receptionist read what I wrote and went to clear it with the dentist (Hannahan). She came back and said she could not accept a modified form. I told her the form, as presented, represented a blank check, and I would not sign a blank check. She denied it said that, but when I pointed out the language she simply repeated that I wouldnt get treatment unless I signed another form, this time un-modified. I calmly told her she and the dentist are crooks and I would not be using their services. I went to Dr. Love instead, in Columbia, with whom I was very satisfied. His form was one page, with no crooked language.

Absolutely the best dental experience ever!!! This is an extremely friendly office. I felt welcomed the moment I walked into the door. Their receptionist is kind and knowledgeable. My hygienist was very gentle and thorough. Dr. Hannahan took her time in explaining treatment to me. She was not rushed and I appreciate her taking time with me. I have stopped looking and this is my familys new dental home. Thank you Dr. Hannahan and staff for taking care of my needs!!

A rare, wonderful practice!! Dr Hannahan 5-stars every category. Knowledgable. Excellent skills (and has that "touch"). Comforting personality. Hands down the best dentist Ive ever been to. But heres the icing on the cake: her dental staff is simply the best. Every one of them is great at what they do and has an upbeat personality. Soooo refreshing, particularly in these unsettled years for healthcare in general!
