i went here because i was in so much pain an it was a Saturday and i could not hold out. I know i needed a deep cleaning which i throught that was all i needed but was told i need my wisdom pulled as well. The people were great friendly which i was happy for.Now i have a real bad phobia of needles and i let that be known an they seemed to care, so i get in the back an at first i was stuck with the needle about 15 times. Than the lady says lets take a break. When she comes back in she has some man who didnt even introduce his self, he just started to stick me as well which hurt more than her sticks i was stuck a total od 23 time just to get numb. After her work was done the dentist comes in to pull the wisdom tooth out, now whatever they used didnt work to numb me fully or worse off fast because when he was about to pull my tooth it hurt. The dentist had to sticj me another 3 times to numb me now which is a total of 26 sticks juat to numb a person. Well he pulled my tooth out qhich was quick and easy and sent me about my way. I was given and appointment to do the rest of the work on my other side. Now heres the bad part i am in so much pain just over my tooth beong pulled i have had my teeth pulled in the past an i never been in so much pain. i left days go by and the pain hasnt settled just got worse. i called them to let them know was told to come in which i did. I was told it just looked a little red everything fine. But everything osnt fine its over a week now i still feel so much pain on the side i cant open my mouth wide or bite down without feeling pain. I do not even know if i will be returning for them to do the rest of the work because of this pain i am in ok so now its something else wrong an after they so called fixed it i am still in pain i was told that bacteria has gotten into it an to come in but my work schedule wont allow me to ge there so i was told well you will just be in pain til the weekend i cancelled all appointment an will be going else this was the worset place i have ever been

I came here two / three times as I moved here in the recent months. In those times, they said I had to take out my lower retainer. I asked how much do I have to pay out of pocket? They said $650. I have Delta dental which is pretty good. I went back to my hometown dentist for second opinion. I asked her how much do I have to pay to remove my lower retainer. She said $20. But she told me the risk of taking out retainer and after weighing those risks I decided to keep it. Also she told me I am brushing my teeth to hard as she clearly saw signs of gum disappearing. The dentist here saw me three times and didnt mention this to me once. Clearly this place has lost touched with patient care and turned to a profit churning machine at the expense of patients health and pocket. All the glitz and glamour they put up is to beguile you from the truth. They spend money on text apps to boost their ratings. After my first visit, they sent a text with direct link to rate this place in google. Who wouldnt rate 5 star after initial visit with its pretty facility. A Really good dentist would not have to try to impress you with shiny office and equipments like they do here. Instead a tell tell sign of a good dentists office is a modest one as they would focus on patients well being than try to impress you with shiny things

I really like this dentist office. Ive been there several times and the staff is always genuinely nice, happy, and helpful. Ive always been satisfied the dental work Ive received. My husband also goes here and has been satisfied with the dental work as well. I didnt give five stars for the following reasons: - I get a different hygienist and sometimes a different dentist every time I go. I had the same hygienist almost my whole life growing up, so I miss having more a consistent relationship with the person who will have their hands inside my mouth twice a year. - They use a water jet during the cleaning and my entire face felt like it was getting sprayed the whole time. Also my hygienist did the entire cleaning without stopping and didnt let me close my mouth once, so my jaw got a little sore. Of course she asked me if I was okay a few times throughout, but its hard to respond when her hands are still in my mouth. Overall, I will continue to go to this dentist and do recommend it to others who are looking for a dentist office that is clean, welcoming, and trustworthy.

Dont go here unless its an emergency! I lost a filling on my front tooth and it looked bad enough for me to want to fix it in a hurry. So last night and called these guys, they sounded professional and we set up an appointment. After filling out some basic paperwork, getting a quote $82 with insurance seemed okay to me so I payed up front. We go back to the room to start, we get set up and they move me to another room because the light on the chair was broken. We start to get to work and the maintenance man just walks in and interrupts the session but the dentist stops working and goes to help him instead of asking him to wait. When we were done he asked me how it felt and unfortunately my tongue was too numb to feel that this hack only managed to grind away the darn spots and partially did the filling. My tooth still looks like a jagged chipped mess. Even if they offered to fix it for free I wouldnt go back. If you have the chance just wait and see a real dentist. I feel like an idiot for trusting these guys with my smile.

I came to CCED a painful, desperate sad sack. My regular dentist (who is great) suspected a cracked tooth and didnt have the equipment to diagnose. UPenn turned me away, another place said the tests would be $275. CCED said they could see me in 2 hours! Amazing! Everyone was really, really nice and professional. The decor was beautiful and comfortable. By 10 am, I was in the chair. The dentist couldnt find anything wrong, but he said that based on my pain, it would be good to do a root canal. I asked how long it would take. "15 minutes," he said. I plugged in my earphones and told myself, "that should be about 4 songs." A few chords into song 4 and we were done. Fast, gentle, and professional. Thats what a person wants when she has an emergency tooth ache. I got that here. I cannot recommend them enough. I should add that that they were very good a about going over the bill and explaining the options. Their rates seemed reasonable and they took my insurance.

I would like to give it NO STAR. First of all, I called and stated excally what I needed and they stated it will be $250. Ok great we go in I ask the receptionist of the medication is included since we dont have medical insurance she said yes but its up to the doctors discretion. Ok cool so he if needs it you will provided it right? She (Autum) said yes. So he goes in and they do a consult. And tell him what is wrong. So I m upset because we already know whats wrong so we paid to be told what we already knew. What I needed was for them to fix the problem. So basically they Lied. By our conversation the $250 is to fix the pain not to be told what is causing the pain. Which is the nerve and we already knew that. I feel like they just stole my money. Nothing was done and they gave us a prescription for Motrin like really I already have that at home. I m so mad. And its really messed up what they did.
