I cant say enough about Smile Exchange. I am deathly afraid of the dentist and their staff, but here they are all friendly and make you laugh. They do not treat you like you are bothering them. You become part of their family and you want to go back. I have been to dentist that made you feel like you were bothering them. It made me not want to go back to any dentist. I tried one, who was nice but in the end they didnt take dental insurance, charged me over $368.00 for a special x-ray they were trying out and then wanted $8000.00 for new dentures. Dr. Bandy asked me what I was there for and I explained what I really wanted and he did it no questions asked. Then a few days later I noticed that my denture wasnt exactly right and I made another appointment and he fixed it. I havent worn my bottom denture since I got them 10 years ago. I am wearing them now and couldnt be happier. I recommend this practice to anyone with phobias or are just scared to go to these wonderful professionals. Thank you Smile Exchange!!!!!!! Dr. Bundy and his staff are some of the most amazing people ever! They are kind, courteous, and funny. Everyone makes you feel welcomed and at home there. I had to have all four of my wisdom teeth extracted which is not an amazing experience for most but it was for me because of Dr. Bundy and his staff. They put me at ease, made me laugh, and before I knew it my wisdom teeth were out. Dr. Bundy truly cares about his patients and is open and honest to you about your treatment and what needs to be done and what does not need to be done. At other dentists, I would feel like a bother for asking a million and one questions but here at Smile Exchange they encourage you to ask questions and they answer them; I never feel like I am bothering them. If anyone out there is looking for a dentist to go to, I highly recommend this practice as they truly are the best! Especially if you have a fear or anxiety to dentist as these wonderful professionals will make sure you feel 100% at ease! Oh, and the prices here are really good too!

Smile exchange is a very great dental office. Everyone is super nice very positive! From the front desk to the dental assistants.. To the dental hygienist to the dentist!!! I seen Dr. Bundy first for a third opinion.. He was awesome snd fixed my problem and didnt kill my pockets. So they are affordable compared to other dental offices. I was very satisfied with the service and the work he did. Very nice guy with a great personality! I had to return back for more dental work and I forgot to mention.. Im terrified of the dentist after my last dentist messed my tooth up badly. Anyways, Dr. Bundy was no longer at this site so I saw a different dentist here by the name of Dr. Needleman. She is a very nice.. Very sweet.. Humbling lady... And she does amazing work! I was very pleased with the work she did on me. I loved this place! I recommend anybody to go to smile exchange!

I hate dentists. I hate even making appointments to SEE dentists. However, my teeth have decided that I must see these people because I barely have any teeth left! (Im blaming that on my father -- HIS teeth decided to disintegrate also regardless of how he treated them.) Much to my chagrin, I had a toothache about a month ago. I decided to try Smile Exchange because they are so close to me. Unbelievably, even after an extraction of my molar and changes to my "partial" (due to the extraction), I decided that Im in love with Dr. Bundy plus Gabe and Christine who work with the Doctor. I had NO pain whatsoever. ALL of these people made me feel comfortable and I actually was at ease during the procedure. I would recommend this practice to all -- even if you get all nervous and shaky and neurotic like I do during dental appointments.

Smile exchange of Springfield has such a welcoming atmosphere. From the girls at the front desk, to the clinical staff, even the lab technician, everyone made me feel so comfortable. I didnt feel like a patient. I felt like more than a patient. My experience was indeed a memorable one. The dentist is very professional and explains each procedure before she even touches your mouth. The girls Asia and Christine are simply the best. And Rebecca gave me the best cleaning I have ever had. This is an overall wonderful practice and I would highly recommend this office to my family and friends. Smile Exchange is truly amazing.

Smile Exchange...Smile Exchange... Ive been through several dentist swith the hopes of finally fixing the dental problems. All made me very scared of the process. However, Dr. Bundy and all his greatness made me feel comfortable and apart of the smile exchange family. He really took my smile...I once was ashamed of... the the next level. I smile more...Im actually making videos of me on snapchat. I feel confident. Thank you Dr. Bundy..and the smile exchange family. I recommend anyone to go here. Thanks again.

Loved this place, everyone is so nice. I went to another dentist down the street a little closer to me. The wait time was crazy and the prices were crazy as well! Went to smile exchange just to see if they could do any better. They blow me away. I usually put off going to the dentist but now that I found a place I love and feel comfortable I will not be doing that anymore. I actually had fun and laughed with the staff and a root canal is usually something you cant get someone to laugh about. Amazing job

First time visiting and highly recommend this practice to everyone. The staff is very professional and friendly. Asia, the dental Assistant is very professional and courteous. Dr. Neidelman is extremely compassionate about the amazing care that she provides. She takes the time to discuss the plan and procedures before doing them and also answers all questions patiently. She is gentle, kind and very professional. I am greatly satisfied and will definitely return to this practice again

I recently left my dentist because they no longer accepted my insurance so I had to find a new dentist. I did some research and came across Smile Exchange and decided to give it a try. I was extremely pleased with the level of attention that was afforded me as a new patient in the practice. The staff made me feel completely comfortable and the facilities were brand new and top notch. Dr. Bundy was very thorough. I would highly recommend Smile Exchange and Dr. Bundy!

My tooth started hurting Friday by Sunday I was in pain like you wouldnt believe but the team manager Therase C got me right in on a few hours notice the whole staff is so friendly then make u feel like family and to top everything off their prices cant be beat if your in need of a dentist please go see smile exchange in turnsvilles and ask for Therase youll be so glad u did

I went to springfield smile exchange because i was unhappy with my dentist and how i looked when i smile . Dr bundy is so amazing he more then fixed my problem i love the way i look now and his staff was also so sweet and helpful .even tho they do not accept my insurance i would rather go there and pay for my visit because of their amazing service ..i am so happy !
