Misleading and un-transparent pricing charges. Visited Lenscrafters for a pair of new glasses. And they offered excellent customer services. However, their business partner "South Sound Eye Care" was totally the opposite. I went in for a normal eye routine check up and through my health benefits plan, I have all routine check ups, eye-ware and eye prescription covered. Somehow, after my visit I incurred an invoice for additional expense cause by other services that took place. During my visit, none of the representatives and doctor stated any additional cost that will be out of pocket. They never stated that they will perform any out of the ordinarily procedures as well. But some how, after 2 weeks, I owed them $260+ and late fees. I visited the clinic today and talked to a representative there, trying to understand why I was being charged extra. They couldnt answer what services that was preformed that cost the additional $260 and stated that I need to talk to the billing department. I paid the bill off right there and then because I didnt want to pay more late fees.

My experience was terrible. The Dr. was very nice but the staff was very rude, very unprofessional and when I asked for the Dr. to call me back so I could speak to him about my concerns and my dissatisfaction the messages was never given to him. I only received a letter from the Dr. a week later that stated that they would not be able to assist me with my contact order since it became apparent I didnt have trust in their office. My question is how did this decision come to be when I never was able to speak to the Dr? How does he know how I felt when he never called back? Apparently he only listened to his office staff and obviously didnt care what his patient had to say or how I felt about the way I was being talked to and treated. Just like this comment I am sure it wont be posted for everyone to see. The office ladies need a course on how to treat customers and what it means to give good customer service and not treat someone poorly when they have questions about the procedures.

Dr. Dahlin and the team at South Sound Eye Care provided a very positive experience on my last visit. I felt welcomed by all in the front office. They were professional, courteous, and expedited my appointment with considerable efficiency. Dr. Dahlin was very thorough and equally personable throughout the exam. He even provided additional consultation surrounding my interests in Lasik. Their facility and equipment is top notch, the pricing is competitive, and the customer service is excellent! South Sound Eye Care in conjunction with LensCrafters really compliment each other as the one-stop-shop for all your eye-care needs. THANK YOU! :)

We have been with South Sound Eye Care for several years and I have to say this was one of our best decisions we made concerning our eye care. We have tried different offices , but we have found none that cared like Dr Greer and his staff . I have some health isusses and Dr Greer always makes sure to inform my PC of his findings and if need to he makes me come back to make sure Im okay. And I think the staff is really friendly and very helpful and they are so nice. I am so glad that we have found this Care Center and I really hope that Dr Greer stays there for a long time. Thank you everybody !

this company has attempted to harm my credit by threats to turn an account over to Renton Collections. Why? Because I inquired as to why I had a bill when they assured me after calling my insurance that I was covered. I prepaid the incidentals that were about $166. AND THEN got a bill for an additional $186. for basic. I dont know if its the establishment or if the OD Gregory Greer is behind this. Stay away from here. BTW, I did try to talk to the establishment and all I got was a unkept promise to call me back on this occurrence. Susan VanHorn

Great experience, friendly and professional staff, Dr. Dahlin explains everything thoroughly and makes sure no question is left unanswered, and Erica entertained my daughter while she scanned my eyes and even let her press the button a couple times to keep her distracted and make everyones life a little easier.

I have seen Dr. Greer for several years now and couldnt be happier with him and his staff. Dr. Greer is more thourough than most others Ive been to and fun to talk to. He explains everything and makes sure I understand what hes telling me. I would recommend him anytime. :)

Came in with an eye infection needing glasses. Lost my prescription wanted a new one. Erica took the time to help me get a copy of my prescription knowing this meant I wouldnt need an appointment saw my emergency and took good care of me. Thank-you Erica!

I had a bad experience with a staff member. The other staff turned out to be pretty great and after they spoke with Dr. Kim, made a really bad series of experiences better. They really made the effort to take the time and fix the situation.
