Had a great experience here! I was promptly greeted and my appointment began. Office staff very friendly, courteous, and I appreciated that they explained all of the pre-testing stuff that they performed on me. Dr. Pham was also very informative and kindly explained all the tests that she performed on me also. Everything about my experience at Tacoma Family Eyecare was top notch and wonderful. I have had the rest of my family come to see her and they have all thanked me for recommending this great office.

Disorganized office. Gave me conflicting info. One doctor said my vision with contacts would only ever be less than 20/20 with my prescription; another said my vision with the contacts he prescribed was better than 20/20. One doctor questioned the contact brand the other started me on. Why cant they agree on the basics of vision? Why do they question each others professional judgment? Really inspires confidence in the quality of care you get here.

Friendly and professional staff. Have been a satisfied patient/customer for years. Do to my serious vision issues, it takes a little longer to get the right corrective lenses ordered, but its really not their fault. They make sure to get me into the best corrective lenses for my vision loss and at the best prices. I would definitely recommend Costco Family Optical to anyone looking for a great eye care provider.
