My 11am appt was to get a pair of glasses thru the Gift of Sight Program at this Lens Crafters location. . I was treated like a piece of trash. I was not given any help after they rushed me to the back of the store and flopped 3 bins of frames at me. The store was not busy, I waited a good 20 mins while 2 new customers walked in. I confronted the sales guy about the situation while he was beginning to assist the new customers. He never apologized to me and continued helping the other customer. Just because I walked in with my Gift of Sight letter doesnt mean my time is less worth anybody elses. I have spent over $800 dollars at that Lens Crafters location before I was laid off and fell on hard times. I will never do business with them again because they dont treat everyone with respect and good customer service.

Most of the employees are very friendly I only ran into one that really wasnt very friendly and helpful when I got my glasses there goes to a charity group and this one particular man employee there was like kind of snobby because I was getting my glasses through a charity

The guy stripped the screw in my glasses and they said I was lying and trying to get a new pair of glasses...! This place is very unprofessional! Its better to drive a little further to another lenses crafters or a different store.....

They striped the screw in my glasses and said that theyre not responsible for it. The lady accused me of trying to get a new pair of glasses. I have never been so embarrassed in my life before. Stay away from this lens crafters.

Totally bad . Prescription was wrong. Lenses would not stay clean. Byfocal was too high . Material used seemed cheap. Lower standards , no quality control.Salesman tried to give me the razzle-dazzle . Got my $700 back.

Quite a nice store that generally feels clean and well kept. I was surprised that they fixed my slightly bent glasses even though they were a month outside of warranty.
