I have been using Dr Preiss as my vet for probably 30 years and would not consider using anyone else. He shows so much compassion and care for your pet as if it were his very own. When my Tabitha was terminal he offered other options to try to save her that other vets would not have offered. He was hoping she would be the 1 in 5 that the procedure would save her life. Unfortunately it wasnt to be, but he obtained the medication at his cost for me to use on her. When he realized the medication wasnt working any longer he felt so terrible for me and my kitty. I am sure he was hoping for a blessed outcome., but we went into it knowing it was a long shot. He did give me 6 more months with her and she had a good quality of life right up to her last few hours of life when I knew it was time to put her down. I have referred others to his services and they have told me time and time again how much they like the vet, prices and the care given to their pets. Of course the staff is great also. They also have a great referral option so you can get $25.00 discount on your future office visits.

I never write reviews but Im making an exception. Ive been to 2 vet clinics in the area and this was the worst. The vet I had was not acceptable in my opinion. When he walked in he didnt acknowledge my dog at all, just grabbed him by the scruff immediately. My dog tried to get away and peed on himself because he was so scared. My dog then tried to get away and he claimed my dog tried to bite him (I know he didnt, I was watching) and put a muzzle on him, and made my dog pee on himself again. My dog was terrified throughout the experience. Ive never had issues at the other vet practices Ive been to and my dog has never been scared of the vet before. This was way more stressful on my dog than it needed to be. Very cheap prices but I guess you get what you pay for.

My husband and I took our cats here in 2013 when we lived in the area and adopted kittens. We always loved this vet but never truly realized how good we had it made. We moved away in late 2013 and have gone to several different vets and none of them ever come close to this place in terms of quality and price. We miss this place and wish we still lived close by!

Top notch care, very low prices. Worth the drive! I called the vet to ask a question today and they had a vet call me back and answer my question! I was on the phone with him for a half hour, because I had questions with the directions about Livys diet. When you go to the vet as much as I do, its a relief to finally have a good one.

Dr priest (spelling?) is the best!! My dog is kinda nervous with some people but she loved him! The whole staff is always so friendly. They fit me in the day of when my girl was sick and made her all better. Prices are even great! I moved 30 mins away and still go there. I wont go anywhere else. Thanks!!

Great place. Great prices, but I took my cat there to redo a splint that was done at an emergency vet who told me to go there and get it redone. And even when asked to do it they said it didnt need to be done. The next day his foot swelled up and I went somewhere else and they fixed him up.

So i took my 9 pound dog in to be looked at. One of the techs repeatedly poked him in the neck attempting to get blood. When i asked them to stop he kept going! I love Dr. Priess but im not impressed with the level of professionalism from the female vet or a few of the techs.

We were in and out they made my puppy very comfortable so he was very well behaved and they are not biased. They gave great tips on medicine and house training. Im happy to keep doing business with Affordable Pet Care.

Beat vet I have been to in Northern Ohio! They charge exactly what you go in for and do not try and add on extra fees or anything! Our dog loves it there! Very cool on the inside too!
