This dentist is amazing! The first time I went to them was for an emergency tooth removal. It was on a holiday and I was in excruciating pain. They were the ONLY dentist open. I called and they got me in right away. I will be honest in the fact that they are not your average dentist. They are very fast paced and very diverse which is great in my opinion. The procedure probably took about 5 minutes total. I had sweet relief and went on my way. After that I decided to go to Forward dental to get regular examinations....bad mistake! Fast forward to me needing a root canal..they kept jerking me around on prices and tried to send me to a specialist costing me more. And they wanted the 1900 up front right then and there!! I cried twice in their office because they said they would help me then I would make an appointment, get there, and have to leave because I couldnt pay them everything even though I had 750 to give right there. This tooth was towards the front so I just had to deal with the fact Id have to pull it and have a front missing tooth at 25. They did not care, just wanted their money. So I said screw Forward Dental Ill go back to DR MOLAR to get it pulled. I go in and the dentist and assistant take one look and say, are you crazy? You cannot get this removed! You will look goofy! We will help you! We are cheaper than Forward and you can make payments. They did not send me to a specialist. They got me in days later and my root canal took 45 minutes and was quick and painless. They said as long as I make payments on it every thirty days Ill be ok as far as billing goes....they truly care about your situation and help as best they can while being quick and efficient! Plus they are open 6 maybe 7 days, and have weekday hours till 8!

Absolute HORRIBLE customer service. The staff wasnt pleasant nor friendly. Everything about the procedure I had was a complete mess and disaster. And as Im in agonizing pain from the infection that I now have , the dental assistant was rude and even wrote my name wrong on my prescription so I was left running back and forth from dentist to pharmacy back to dentist AND wasnt created with a sorry for it! Instead the two ladies at the front were busy giggling and made me wait for them to stop chatting before handing me my new prescription with my name on it. So of course I wrote a Facebook review and I bet you wont even believe who commented! THE SAME RECEPTIONIST -GIVING ME Another sarcastic comment! I suggest you take your money and time elsewhere if youre looking for a friendly well-kept dentistry. This place is an absolute joke. Literally.

My incident happened roughly around several months ago. I was experiencing sever pain on the right right side of my face that prevented me from chewing food anywhere near there. I called up this place and was able to schedule an appointment the next day to my amazement. The doc told me I had a cavity in the back of my teeth on the right side where I was feeling the pain. He was able to remove the tooth that was infected that same day. I went back 2 weeks later to get a full cleaning of my teeth done. From my experience, the staff was helpful and kind. It is a small building, and seeing as how they are open every day of the week I can understand how crazy busy they can get. Though I will always be grateful as to how they helped me remove my cavity.

SHADY! Sent me a bill for services rendered OVER A YEAR AGO! the phone number on the bill was no good had to pull up their website which has both an old number and a new one and it took 15 minutes for someone to pick up. when calling it only rang on my final attempt, most attempts to call their number said the number was invalid or didnt even ring. come to find out the bill they sent me wasnt even for monies I owed! after calling they determined I owed nothing and the bill was sent prior to them billing insurance - again, a YEAR LATER. What a SNEAKY way to make people pay for whats already been paid for - a YEAR LATER! TERRIBLE! I understand errors happen but next time PICK UP THE PHONE! SHADY SHADY SHADY.

I rarely write reviews but I had to after a bad experience and may be because I work in the customer service industry.This is the worst experience at a dentist office. If you do not have an emergency dont go to this location.They are disorganized. They treat patients like chicken in a slotter house, they dont like it if you ask questions. Lori and the so called DDS Micheal are the worst no manners unprofessional, it is all about money. Dee the hygienist was great explained to me the entire procedure and satisfied all my question. I can go on and on. I will tell you that the place is clean though and they close late and open weekends.

After reading some of these reviews, Im glad they turned me away bc I was 4 minutes late for a Sunday 10:15 appointment. I dont live in the area and didnt know how bad the expressway construction was. Missed my exit. Was less than a mile away, called at 10:19 to tell them what happened. Would have been there by 10:20. Guy said I "was already super late" and wouldnt be able to see me. Thanks for your lack of understanding. I called Emergency Dental of Milwaukee and they got me in no prob. Wish I would have called them first.

Horrible! Place is unsanitary. I witnessed someone ironing in what looked like a bedroom. The staff either are gossiping, cant answer your questions and or have an attitude. I saw no name tags. Best way to sum this up place up, chop shop. Couldnt pay me to go back there. I was told would be seeing a doctor, upon researching after I left, the so called Dr. was a Resident, & was not supervised. I dont think I need to say more.

Ive been coming here for almost 10 years. The first time was at his old location on Oklahoma. I had a cavity and he was able to see me on a Sunday! I was surprised and pleased as I was to busy to go during the week. The quality of work is top notch. He is also conscious of price.

I was having excruciating wisdom tooth pain, they offered me a same day appt (I couldnt make it). I took the next day appt. they did ex rays and extracted the tooth within an hour. Quick and painless. I have barely any facial swelling and minimal pain.

Never had a problem with them until these past 4 months. Three of my schedules have been rescheduled very last minute. The 3rd time I actually came all the way in and no one wrote my appointment down so they had to reschedule.

Staff was extremely nice and I got my wisdom tooth pulled out with in only 10 mins! This was my first tooth extraction but i know if I ever need to get another pulled in going back here! Thanks Guys!

Called with a horrible toothache and they got me in right away. Extracted the tooth and was so nice to me. I went again on a Friday. It was very busy but professional. Love this place
