Not even one star. I have a child on the Autism Spectrum with Anxiety issues and we waited for an hour and finally walked out. The hygienist came out and said they were running late and would be 10 minutes. She told another family they would be 15 minutes. 30 minutes go by and they take the other family. Another family with two kids walked in later and they took them too. I went to the counter and I said, "when are they going to see my kid?". Oh, yeah, a room is going to open up, well get you out of here soon. Then I finally just walked out. Pathetic, especially for a first impression!

Dr. Tom is super thorough and really focuses on prevention. Our family has gone to him for years and have been virtually cavity free. The staff are the nicest! In addition, my children love going to the dentist which is a direct result of the positive experiences there. When I went on their website to look up their number just now, I was surprised to see only two ratings and not very good. I had to write because they must have been isolated incidents...nothing of what we have seen in going there for almost 20 years with our 6 children. We think Dr. Tom is the BEST!

Highly recommend you do NOT use this dentist. He denied my son treatment after months of follow ups discussions, missed meetings on their part, lack of treatment information, and lack of follow up with our specialist (who also did not agree with the treatment plan). The sole reason we went to him was due to a trauma involving a golf club, and he is recommending work that is unrelated and we feel may be unnecessary. We requested a second opinion on part of the treatment plan and were denied treatment all together. Terrible, terrible experience.

I am disgusted by what I found out by going to another dentist. My child first went to this dentist and they said she had 6 cavities. We stayed with them for awhile because we believed them. I recently changed dentists and they informed me she didnt have all those cavities. I had already paid for some to be fixed. I seem to have wasted my money. This is poor business practice.

My son this weekend fell and cracked his tooth. We called every dentist Monday morning and he is the only one that was able to get him in asap. Got there and got X-rays and decided it needed to be pulled. He did an amazing job during the procedure, was very thorough and informative. Everyone that works there were super friendly! Definitely recommend bringing your kids there!

Coming from a whole new state trying to find the right dentist was a bit stressful. When I found Plainfield Pediatric Dentistry I knew this was the one. The staff very warm and welcoming and so helpful. They made me and my children feel right at home. Just an all around wonderful place.

Dr Tom is awesome had a significant emergency with my son after hrs he met me at office and determined what was appropriate care. Completed care that he could and got him to oral surgeon! Thank you!
