The receptionist was the only personable person there. They allowed a person not employed there to x-ray my husband (a customer) and she never even draped him. Granted she was an x-ray tech but totally inappropriate and unprofessional. The dentist numbed my husband then left the room for 20 minutes. When she came back, is was apparent that he needed more Novocaine. She complained about having to give him more then left him there for 30 minutes. By the time she came back, it had worn off a bit and he required more. 40 minutes later, she comes in and my husband decided he was done playing games with her and allowed her to work on him even though he was not numb. She wedged a chisel into his tooth to extract it instead of using extraction forceps nor did she attempt to widen the socket before extracting the tooth. When it broke off instead of coming out, she exclaimed, "I knew that would happen!" She kept working even though he was moaning the entire time and even put his hand up to get her to stop. The dentist told my husband to put his hand back down that they were almost done. This was not the first tooth he has had extracted but it was the only one that was painful. In fact, it was so painful that I doubt I will ever be able to convince him to go to another dentist for a very long time. In addition to our horrible experience, it was obvious that 2 other patients were having similar experiences because we could hear them screaming down the hall.

There was one dentist there that I LOVED! It was my first time having a tooth pulled and she made it a very easy experience and calmed my fears. Unfortunately shes no longer there. I went back again for another one that needed to be extracted. They numbed me and didnt come back for 45 minutes to do the work. At that point it had worn off and she claimed that it shouldnt have worn off yet. They started to do the work and I felt everything! I instantly started crying and saying it hurt and I could feel it. The hygienist told me that I dont feel it and all I feel is the cold water. WRONG! The cold water was a pain relief compared to what I felt! I will NEVER EVER go back! Then on top of that they tied my daughter to a board because they claimed she would move too much. My daughter would have stayed still! Now shes traumatized!

The front desk staff and dentists are exceptional. Polite , professional & friendly. I have been a patient for 4 years or so. They make you feel extremely comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Dimitri! He is so thorough, answers any and all questions and educates you! Very kind and gentle natured. And excellent at his job! He has now extracted 2 of my teeth wonderfully. Both which I were told would need to be removed by an oral surgeon. I will always come to all star dental & am currently working on switching my childrens dental plan so that they are able to go here as well.

My dentist was nice but everything else was ridiculous. Three different people told me they were in my network for my insurance. Sure enough, after my appointment a bill came in the mail for the full amount. Talked to my insurance and they said they had never heard of them. It felt like a sales floor (yes, Im in sales) the way the staff had their different functions throughout the "sale."
