I called Carillon Family Dental to get a crown re-cemented back in that fell out and they told me it would be between $50 - $60 out of pocket after insurance, never mentioning anything about any additional fees. I went in and the crown I brought in had the porcelain chipped off most of it but it would work until I can afford to get a new one. They took an X-ray and then Dr. Gierman came in, looked in my mouth to see where the crown went, picked it up, and glued it in. Didn’t even wash it off or wipe it off with alcohol, didn’t smooth off the rough edges, nothing. When I left the office I paid the $56 they said I owed, they said I was good and I left. I ended up going home and using a file and doing that myself because by the time I got home my tongue was bleeding. A month later I get a bill in the mail saying I owe them another $18.80. They billed my insurance company $38.00 for an “Oral Evaluation” for him to look into my mouth to see where the crown was to go. And when I asked the office manager Danielle why the crown was not washed or cleaned before it was put in her response was “ you brought it in we don’t have to clean it”. Any respectable doctor or dentist would at least rinse something that was going to go into your mouth or body first for foreign mater. I also know my insurance company is not thrilled about the “double dipping” or “creative billing”proceedures.

I hadnt been to a dentist in a few years and had a small crack in one of my top molars after biting down on a hard object. There was no pain and I went in a week later to have it looked at. I ended up getting a crown put on right after that and that is when the trouble started. Immediately after the treatment it started to hurt. I went in on three separate occasions over the next few months and every time the tooth was ground down more because they thought it was sitting too high. After I switched dentists I found out I needed a root canal on the same tooth. I believe this could have been avoided had the crown been placed properly to start with, or fixed the first time I went in. As well as the issue with the crown, I also had a filling on an incisor tooth. The coloring is WAY off and the filling is rough and looks brown. As well as the poor dental work, I also went in and was told my appointment had been cancelled that day despite never being called or receiving a text message to notify me. That was a nice waste of a 40 minute round trip. Overall this has been one of the worst dental practices I have ever been to and its no wonder they are constantly sending $50 coupons to try and get business.

Have you ever looked forward to going to the dentist? We do! My family and I always have the BEST experiences at Carillon Family Dental! I have a daughter that is 8 and a son that is 4 and they are NOT afraid to go to our dentist, Dr Gierman. (My husband isnt afraid anymore, either!) Dr. Gierman is always friendly, humorous and genuinely concerned about our dental care!! We absolutely cannot say enough good things about Dr. Geirman! Scheduling appointments is a breeze with the patient care representatives and we are always greeted with a smile when we walk in. The office has the latest technology and the atmosphere is modern,clean and welcoming. Gene, our hygienist, is amazing! Gene has a very out-going personality and we always get the most thorough cleanings with him! My husband and I have also had Sue and she is awesome, as well. My kids have had Joe and really liked him, too!! We have been patients for many years now, and will continue to be! I highly recommend Carillon Family Dental to anyone looking for a great practice that truly cares about the patient!

After having a bad experience at another dental office in the area, I found Carillon Family Dental through my insurance, and decided to give them a try. I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff, and they always made me feel welcomed when I came in. Scheduling appointments is easy, and they can get you in the same day you call. Personally, I have had my teeth cleaned by all three hygienists, and they all do great work! The doctors too are very approachable, and explain "dental" terms into an everyday language so you will always understand what s going on. I was very pleased with the office, and brought my family in as well. It has been almost four years now, and still to this day I have not had one complaint.

From the very moment I waked into Carillon Family Dental, I felt very welcomed by the staff; the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Almost immediatly after I turned in my first patient paperwork, I was called to the back by Lisa. Her calming presence, and the way she explained everything before she did them, added to an overall fantastic experience. Once she was done, Dr. Kilpatrick introduced himself to me and conducted his exam. Once again, he explained everything he was doing before he did them and continued the theme of being a calming presence. This was one of my best dental experiences, and I am sure to be a repeat visitor as long as I can.

I was referred to the practice by my fiance and after he raved about how amazing they were I decided to give it a try. Its a little drive from where I live, but it was absolutely worth it! My dental hygienist Gene took his time and made me feel so welcomed and Dr. Gierman was one of the best dentists Ive ever been to. They both made me feel like if I had been a patient there my whole life. Absolutely love it! I never thought I would be this excited about going to the dentist. I would absolutely recommend everyone go and become a patient at Carillon Family Dental! Thank you so much!

Billing is terrible. Theyve been trying to charge me for my dads root canal for the last year and half or so. I called multiple times about this issue and it took cursing out one of them for them to finally stop sending me bills for that but now somehow I owe them a hundred bucks when I myself have not been to that practice since 2013. They are either con artists disguised as dentists or complete idiots when it comes to billing customers and neither have any place in the dental community. They were a friendly bunch there at one time, but never trust someone because of a smile.

The staff is friendly, punctual, professional, and passionate. I feel I am in good hands here. Lisa was wonderful during my dental cleaning and very gentle. She takes time to listen and addresses all questions. Dr. Sean is brilliant and very friendly. He takes time to explain options and procedures thoroughly. It is easy to tell that he loves his work and his patients. The front desk staff is very accommodating and friendly as well. Treatment plans are explained thoroughly, so you have a strong understanding of what portion of the procedures will be covered.

I was new to the area and needed a dentist for a cleaning and was told by a co-worker that this is where thier whole family goes so I gave it a try off of thier recommendation. I understand that they are under new ownership so I cant compare what it was like before, but I had a really pleasant experience. My previous dentist back in Boston was older and used a lot of old school equipment, but Carillon was more state of the art than I expected and everyone there was super friendly, especially Dr. Roshan. This is definitely my new dentist, highly recommended!
