My 9 yr old autistic son switched insurance and was unable to go to his pediatric dentist he has been seeing since he was 2. We gave G Dental a shot. Overall it was a very good experience and Im very happy we made the choice we did. The office was very clean and organized. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. The hygienist Allyson was absolutely amazing with my autistic child and his two brothers (I normally dont take all my kids to one childs appointments but they all had appts that day at different places) being autistic my son has a hard time with new things and he will say and do inappropriate things and has no filter or any understanding of what "using in door voice means" but Allyson handled it very well and Im very thankful for that! The doctor was very nice. She was a little bit harsh with my son which he doesnt take well. Which yes at 9 he should be able to follow directions and behave but unfortunately that doesnt always happen. And he was being very inappropriate and loud saying she was hurting him. Which I dont believe she was at all, she was counting his teeth and checking mobility. But I think she was very overwhelmed by my sons very loud inappropriateness and probably took her by suprise that she might not of handled him the best she could of. I did make sure to put all his health history down on the new patient forms though. Overall it was a very good visit and I would recommend them!

Awful.. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!. I too read the reviews and thought they would be worth the shot. Assistants hound you like kids about flossing.. I told the guy Im in too much pain to floss and he proceeded to argue with me about it. You can hear them hound everyone in there about brushing and flossing. We get it we need to brush and floss but dont scrutinize us over it. The female dentist should not be practicing. I went in with tooth pain on both sides and have seen her twice and my pain is only worse. She ignored her when i told her it was still hurting me after giving me another numbing shot. She didnt even wait for it to kick it.. Just gave me the shot and continued. The shot kicked in after she was done and i was leaving. The filling she put in is not smooth and feels so gross in my mouth. Way too rough and dont care when you say ouch. Im willing to pay full price out of pocket then to ever step foot in their office!

LESS THAN 1 STAR - Unprofessional and rude. Mr. G is no dentist Id ever recommend and believe all of the positive reviews I read are false. I did my research before scheduling an appointment and thought the good reviews were believable. After waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time, staff was noticeably irritated the very first time I asked about my wait. Mr. G and his staff made no apologies for the wait and when he examined me, he was so rough that I told him he was hurting me. He actually told me "impossible" and continued in the same manner causing pain. He didnt ask about my discomfort or where I was feeling pain. I ended the examination at that point and left very displeased and injured. Please be warned that Mr. G is impersonal and abrasive. His staff is equally inept and you would be wise to avoid this establishment. Please heed negative reviews.

Never go here! I had an appt. for my daughter and was six minutes late due to construction traffic. I signed in and the receptionist told me they would have to reschedule me due my lateness! I was very upset since I had driven across sides of town in hot traffic but there was nothing in writing showing a policy to cancel after 10 minutes late and I have spoken to my insurance and they said you do have up to 15 minutes for an appt. The Dr. was also very rude and told me I shouldnt be LATE for my appt and there wouldnt be a problem. What happened to GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have NEVER been treated so rudely in my life and especially from a professional/business company. I have also contacted the BBB regarding them also.

They are very good with my daughter we take the average time as normally do in a dentist visit! But, the problem is it is way too far away from my home! My daughters insurance does not cover any transportation by their company! I do not have a car or any one in my home to travel that far and it is a great place better than the other place my daughter used to go for a routine cleaning visits! They know what my daughter is going through, she has two cavities and they are helping her take care of them and teaching how to keep her teeth very clean by flossing!!!

Dr G and staff are great! Everyone is friendly, professional, and caring. Their office is clean, and they take appointments later than most which means I dont have to miss work (open until 7 some days). Dr G is the first Dentist Ive had that went out of his way to learn who I was as a person and not just treat me as a number. Ive been going here for two years now and will continue to do so. If you are looking for a friendly and professional Dental staff that takes pride in what they do, this is your place. I would recommend them to anyone!

This dentist is the worst!! My daughter who is 3 had to under go 2 baby root canals due to HIS mistakes and her tooth issue still is NOT resolved. My mother worked at a dental office for 15 years as a dental assitant so when it comes to oral hygene Im aware of the dos and donts and the cheap fixes done by some dentists. Please dont not go to this office, I would never want the same thing done to another child like he has done to mine!

I have been a patient, along with my wife, my son, and now another the little one. We have had nothing but good experiences here. Doctor G detected inflammation in my wifes neck two years ago, and had her get it checked. It led to a thyroid cancer diagnosis which when caught early as it was, has a 95% survival rate. That aside, hes engaging, funny, and his staff is easy to interact with.

Dr. G has given my son the worst first dental experience ever :-( My son had a tooth removed and immediately after the novacaine and the needle he pulled out the tooth( very rough) .My poor kid was screaming and crying :-( and when I told him "shouldnt you wait for the anesthetic to set in he is in pain" His response was"It doesnt hurt him, thats just your kid... Never Again!!!!!!!!

After pulling my tooth he didnt give me any pain medication and when i called 2days later to say i was in pain and ask for a script....he basically told me i was a drug seeker and told me to deal with it
