Both of my daughters and I just recently have become patients here. Let start by saying that I am so thankful for there staff Billie and Angelica were amazing and so accommodating. My one daughter is 5 yrs old and is very rambunkous and Billie was just of wonderful she actually sat still for her yearly cleaning. My second daughter is 16 yrs old and terrified of the dentist and both Angelica and Billie were able to talk my daughter thur the procedure and were very easy going they allowed her to play music to relax her thur the entire visit. Definitly would recommend this office to everyone. Thank you to Billie, Angelica, and Dr.Sendor Happy Mom

Money Money !!! Is the priority Not happy with the service!! Assistants with no experience and not certified, Doctor katchuk chatting with receptionists in front desk and even loughing while patients are waiting for long! Very unprofessional environment!! Receptionist Dania even lazy to check what is cover by the insurance and explain, all the staff is pretty young and they dont take seriously in whats being working in a professional dental office!!

Went in a week ago asking front desk lady I believe her name was Billy if they took my ins. card and she said yes they did I wasnt sure if I was active and she said that she would be able to look if I was.. So her and another young lady named Angelica took the time to look my ins. up and let me know what my ins. covered.. Their teamwork is ABOVE and BEYOND!!!! Im sure referring clients there

Me and my grandson went to our appointment at galleria dental and was helped by a very sophisticated and polite young lady. She knew exactly what she was doing and what to say to make us feel comfortable her name was billie and she made my grandson feel less scared on his check up the doctor was also very down to earth and polite and understanding of my grandsons needs

I had to set up an appt. for my daughter. She needed a few x-rays and a filling also a tooth pulled. My daughter fears the dentist and normally she needs gas for a simple cleaning. Billie and Angelica along with Dr. Sendor were wonderful. We drive about 30mins to the office in Mundelein. This is the only dentist my family will go to I have changed our family Dentist.

Galleria dental is amazing. Dr Sendor was very kind and able to get me in immediately for an emergency. He was able to fix some dental problems I had that no other dentist would do. The staff is friendly and helpful. They made my whole visit very comfortable and less stressful. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know.

My mom had a procedure done and the dentist ruined her tooth now shes in pain and he put her filler in too big and he refused to help her, she ended up going to the hospital now she cant even eat. I dont recommend this place to anyone very discussed and will be seeking legal help!!!

The staff is great and always welcoming. My daughter is scared of the dentist and the front desk alway helping my daughter to make the experience great. I have Medicaid and they work with my insurance there is not a lot of offices that accept it. All the STAFF is great.
