Horrible place! Had a terrible experience! since the minute I walked in I felt unwelcome and then the dentist was rude, told me I needed surgery when I really didnt and charged me for just looking at my x rays another doctor took. She didnt even look inside my mouth or take x rays herself. Then her and her assistant had a chat in Russian and she just told me to get a referal for sugery and come back when I get it done. I wen to get a second opinion and they said no surgery was needed. She was cold and rude and basically charged me for nothibg. Dont go there.

We are a military family of 5, who has to relocate because of duty. I asked for xrays to be emailed to our relocation and was told it will be a $25 per xray/ per person. I even said, I will pick them up! They still wanted to charge $25! Are they crazy, never had to pay for something that has been already paid for! I see why their office is so poorly lite, they dont have enough patients to pay a high electric, so they nickel and dime the ones they had!!

I go to Dr. Beckerman. Shes always professional and polite. Its always clean and I dont have to wait long. Shes bilingual in Russian, so my Russian-speaking in-laws go there, too. I used to go to a dentist in Vernon Hills, but I dont have to wait as long to make an appointment here. They take my insurance (Humana) and I can use my medical flex spending, too.

I am such a scared chicken when it comes to the dentist. Dr. Shtilman is a wonderful, caring, and gentle dentist. She is great with my daughter too. The staff is very friendly and sweet. We will never go to another dentist again!
