Very friendly and seems knowledgeable. Services my pets have received thus far have been affordably priced. Only issue Ive had is a refusal from this vet for a written prescription and being told that providing a written prescription is not their policy. Pretty sure that once a relationship is established a written prescription on request is an obligation a vet in Ky must perform. Medication from this vet is nearly twice as high as other sources and vet has not offered to price match so a written prescription is a must. Services would receive a higher star rating if not for the prescription/cost of med issue. Thats HUGE since chances of a pet getting sick, needing surgery, or meds always exist. Ill change vets if this policy doesnt change.

Amazing staff & facility! My chocolate cocker just had surgery there a few weeks ago & they took very good care of her. If you think you dont have the money they try to get you set up with a type of vet medical credit & if paid off within 6 months theres no interest. Ill never take my animals anywhere else.
