Twelve years a client with Ocala Eye. Recently my double vision became too much for me to handle, amid the knowledge there was nothing that could be done by medication or surgery. Dr. Deaton suggested I meet with Dr Thomas at her office in Ocala Eyes Paddock Park office. I did and Dr Thomas worked with me to come up with a prism mix that corrected my vision problem. It was a miracle, really a miracle. She asked me to look down the hall for distance correction and it was terrific no double vision. Dr Thomas wrote the prescription and after a few days I got my special glasses and they were/are perfect for both distance and reading. I was told it might take me a week or two to get used to the prisms but no, not a moment. A life changer indeed WOW! How do you thank people who all pulled together to resolve my condition and with a smile. THANKS.

To be sure, Ocala Eye is no doubt the most advanced Eye Care Facility, not only in Ocala, but in the entire County of Marion and the surrounding areas! The personalized attention that they provide for their patients is absolutely un-parallel in "Eye Care". Dr. Morris is not only a man of incredible knowledge with regard to eye care, but takes the time to communicate with his patients in laymans language as to whats going regarding their personal optical condition. My wife and I suffered from Oldfartitis of the eyes. At fourty our arms werent long enough to read small print... then at fifty, we couldnt make out what was on the TV. We were wearing 2.5 magnifiers for reading close up and wearing 1.5s for watching TV and driving! I went as far as full time progressive lens and my wife suffered through contacts. Then, we heard of refractive lens replacement. A permanent replacement from glasses and contacts. Dr. Pollack worked his magic and voila! We are young again... and permanently. Thank you Doctor and Ocala Eye for restoring one of our most important senses... sight!

Office visit and staff with Dr. Vish and Dr. Thomas great.....however post visit attempting to order contacts was like getting an act of Congress! There is only one person in entire office who can order contacts and she is always busy on phone...so you can never speak with her. Took a week just to get them ordered....still do not have them....had to talk to 3 different people in office just to get confirmation they have been ordered...ridiculous. if customer service is even remotely a priority please streamline this process....or will have to get contacts elsewhere in future!

Im appalled that Ocala Eye will not see me because I only have care under the VA and would not make an appointment for me as a self-paid patient. I was planning to go to Ocala Eye because the VA has sidestepped its duty to give the care to patients it needs to. And I was planning to have Ocala Eye do a simple procedure that I would pay for myself. I questioned the person I talked to. She said the doctors wont take anyone without insurance. What ever happened to the oath of the patient comes first. Its all about the money. How very sad...

I moved to Ocala in December and was in need of all physicians. Melissa Lozano, ARNP from Family Care Specialists referred me to Ocala Eye. I had my first visit and was very pleased with the professionalism and courteous manner of the staff. Dr. Vish answered all my questions and I definitely will return. I also wear contacts and was pleased that Ocala Eye has an Optometrist on staff who will be able to prescribe my contacts without insisting on a full exam which was performed by the Ophthalmologist. Kudos to the staff and doctors.

This was my first visit to Ocala Eye. Having moved to Florida recently I was having eye issues with followers. I was greeted with a warm reception even though the computer system was down. No one complained but went about their work with smiles and a very professional attitude. Ashley was very helpful and professional in her examination. All questions were answered and Doctor Elhalis was very cordial and informative. I remarked at the time that it was great to receive both the attention and quality of my last Doctor. Great visit!!!

This is the most professional, friendly and knowledgeable doctors offices that I have run into in Florida. They are so ready to answer your questions, help with any problems that come up at other doctors offices with getting your information to them on time. The doctor I saw was very good, and made me feel comfortable from the start. I would encourage anyone to have their cataracts done, or any other procedure. I had my cataract taken out, and it was a breeze. I will go there anytime I need an ophthalmologist or other services.

Recently both myself and my husband have had cataract surgery from Dr. Morris and are very pleased with the results. Every staff member I have had contact with has been friendly, professional and very informative in explaining everything that they were doing. This team of professionals made my cataract and lens implants experience as comfortable and successful as possible.

This was my 2nd visit to Ocala Eye on SW 200. Having, at one time, been in the professional eye field I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of care and also the friendliness of all the staff. The office is comfortable and any and all questions asked were answered. Dr. Ahmed is very good addition to the Drs. there. Also, I have a medical service dog which was accommodated with no problem.

We have been thoroughly satisfied with their professionalism and knowledge. My wife had eye surgery and the doctor took the upmost care of seeing that all turned out as it should. My wife has been a patient for about 5 years. I began to have light flashes in one eye and she said to give your office a call since she was quite happy with her previous visits. I called, was seen the next day and my doctor and his assistants were very professional and courteous. I was very happy with my visit and I would definitely recommend this company and offices.

I have recently moved to the Ocala area & just had my second yearly visit. I already had an appointment from my given me from my first visit. When i arrived i was greeted at the front desk . In just a few minutes i was taken to an exam room, had my eyes dilated. About 20 minutes later i was seen by the Dr. Very professional , very courteous. Great experience !
