I purchased glasses for my daughter and myself in September 2008, It was a Saturday and the store was busy. None the less, we received personalized and professional attention. The owner even let me try on his glasses because I liked the style. Thier prices were fair. The Doctor on staff is great, too. I would recommend Value Optical to anyone! **Added 02/19/09 I had to have some warranty work done on my lens because I scratched it. I called the store and spoke with Mike DAnna, he immediately ordered my new lenses and they arrived when he said they would. I dropped off my glasses and couldnt remember when they were due back. I called Tabitha at the store, she had to call the lab. She actually called me back. She was great! The whole team there is awesome!

5 STARS!!! First Ill start by saying that this place is like no other optometrist I have ever been to. I called them and the gentleman on the phone was extremely personable. The reason I even picked this place was because I called 4 other ones and this one beat out all of their prices. Toni was amazing!!! Super friendly, likes to have fun and cut up. I am more than okay with telling anyone who asks me where they should go, to tell them this is the place! It was more of an experience than an eye exam.

A friend recommended Dr. Licata with Value Optical, after having a poor experience with my previous optometrist. What can I say?.....Dr. Licata exceeded my expectations. She was down to earth and real genuine. Great experience, I will be returning! Only complaint was they dont take all insurance plans.

Like no other eye exam and individual fitting Ive ever had. Extensive and intuitive. Dr. Licata even discovered an abnormality with my husbands vision no one else had diagnosed in more than 50 years of eye exams. PLUS Ryan Reynolds brother works there. Pretty nice.

Love this place. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Love the doctor as well. Always very detailed with her exam. Much more than anywhere else. Glasses are reasonably priced.
