Was referred by a coworker because they accepted my insurance. Went through exam and and when I picked out my glasses they said I wasnt covered. I decided not to get the glasses and they charged me for an exam. I went across the street to North Ridgeville eye care and they gave me 100% coverage. After a couple months North Coast told me I was going to collections over a pass due amount for exam. They billed the wrong insurance and ended up refunding my 50 deposit for exam. Total waste of time and headache.

A little annoyed that online states they close at 5:00 on Mondays, but when we arrived at 1:00 they were closing up and locking the doors. Very friendly staff, but it wouldve been nice to know!

I love the doctors and the staff at this friendly Eye care center. The opticians go out of their way to help repair replace or fix my many sons constantly broken glasses. Highly recommended.
