Overall the office is "ok" at best. The staff acts like it is such a bother to them that you are there for an exam or to get glasses. They are extremely unorganized and dr maggard is always running late. One of the women who works in the optical lab is friendly, the other however is extremely pushy and short tempered. I have seen her actually yell at other employees in front of myself and other patients. I for one would rather go somewhere that has an easy-going staff who puts the patients needs first.

I recently moved to the area and was recommended to Dr Maggard by a family member. I wear contacts and usually have difficulty being fit with lenses. Overall, I had a great experience. The two girls up front were both very friendly and helpful. The doctor did run a little late, but its not anything I havent seen before. My contacts are great and I plan on going back for my glasses soon!

To be honest my first visit here wasnt very good. Now my second visit was different after talking with one of the staff members about my experience I feel much better and have a different mind set about this office, very down to earth staff, honest and straight forward they are also very respectful and polite. I would recommend this office with great pleasure!

Dr. Humphrey lacks hygienic practices. During the exam, he was constantly coughing. He covered his cough with his hands then touched my eyes. He also used his dirty hands to touch the equipment that touches your eyes. He needs a course on infection prevention.
