I live in knoxville, TN, and I own a lawncare and tree removal company. I was having problems with my life eye and went to see a doctor in knoxville. He told me that it was an eye ulcer and gave me a prescription and told me I could put my contacts back in. The next day it had got worse. I drove over to Boone and saw Dr. Sutton. He said I did have and eye ulcer of the cornea but the doctor didn’t prescribe me a strong enough medication and found a fiber in my eye and removed it. He also said not to put my contacts back in till all of this was over. I also had one a while before this one, he met me at his office for 3 days to make sure it was going to heal. I trust only in Dr. Sutton when it comes to my eyes, because in my line of work I have to have them. There is no one better in my eyes.

I saw Dr. Brinkley today and 6 months ago. She is wonderful. Dr. Brinkley is kind, thorough, and explained everything very clearly and on an easy-to-understand level. She was happy to spend as much time with me explaining as needed, but did not keep me longer than necessary. The receptionist, Kimberlee, is always friendly, professional, and genuinely concerned with how each patients experience goes. Both Kimberlee and Dr. Brinkley engaged me in natural conversation throughout my time at the office and the experience was extremely pleasant and enjoyable. I did not have to wait very long at all to be called back to the exam room. This office is professional, yet friendly. I highly recommend them to you, as do all of my family members. :)

I was visiting from out of town and needed my glasses repaired. It was not an easy repair, as Id lost a screw for the temple piece - and also broken off a bit of plastic on the front piece, making it harder to tighten the temple, as there was no corresponding piece in which to screw it. I was helped promptly, and the woman who assisted me somehow managed to insert a screw that caught. It wont last forever, but it got me on my way - and she would not accept any money for her time and work.
