Went there to get the crown get re-cemented the dentist re-cemented without cleaning / removing the old cement , which caused to improper bite cause it raised then he tried to grind down the crown and all the particles going in my mouth didnt even offer water or mouth wash like usually any dentist office I went they do !!! Their chairs and machines are covered with plastic so I guess they dont want use their machines or they are not fully functional or maybe just for show... horrible experience of my life ... how they can be even licensed to operate facility like this... then I was told that since my crown was grinded by him to make the bite meet , he need to schedule an appointment in 3 weeks so he can put it through my insurance..... havent heard since!! Horrible horrible horrible experience ever !! I am gonna look into with CT State. I went to the one on wolcott st in Waterbury.

They definitely took care of me much better the second time around and I regret my last statement. I guess its just a little disappointing when you dont get the results you expect the first time, but the second doctor I saw took the time to listen to me and helped me out with a better relief for the pain and I plan on making an appointment with them for the extraction of my tooth. My apologies for my last impulse statement made out of anger and pure pain with no relief. Thank you for reaching out to me

I had an appointment with Dr Weiss at Columbia Dental, he is excellent. This is the second time I had an appointment with him. Another dentist told me i needed 2 root canals, Dr Weiss, fixed both teeth without a root canal.. Very meticulous, and calming.. I actually fell asleep in the chair. NOTE: They can get quite busy, so its probably best to get the first or last appointment of the day, so that you will get seen right away. or ask them for a slow time of the day.

A little unorganized when I first started going there but service has definitely gotten better over time. On site orthodontist, nice and friendly doctors and great receptionist that listens and professionally answers all of my questions.
