My first bad experience was with the receptionist. Extremely rude, and not pleasant to work with. Secondly, the dentist rushed the cleaning, seemingly with no care. I visited them a few days later to have some fillings done. She botched them all. I have had fillings done in the past, and this was the worst. Again, the dentist rushed the job, not seeming to care that I was flagging her to stop. The reason I needed her to let me up was because the assistant had let so much water and sharp bits accumulate in my throats that I almost felt like I was drowning. She then skipped the part where you polish the fillings so that they are smooth, and conform with your teeth. I now have two teeth completely fused together, and a large gap between my top and bottom teeth. The bottom teeth that are fused together are sharp, and it feels like there is a large crack in the teeth they filled. This is awful. I dont know if my experience was like this because she treats Medicaid patients with absolute disregard, considering the amount of good reviews she has here. This was a horrific experience, and I regret going against my gut feeling I felt when I first talked to the horrible receptionist. If I could give them zero stars I would, but I will be reporting them to the state for this.

I had the worst experience here in my life. Doctor and "Linda" were extremely rude, unprofessional, and pushy! They did not allow my mother to stay in the room with me however were quick to release my medical information to her without my CONSENT!!! Additionally they were trying to charge me $506 for a service that was covered 100% by my DENTAL insurance! Awful service. Linda called me 5x within two weeks, even after I said I did not want their service. Then called me again 2 months later!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!

The review written by Jennifer is the most accurate. The dentist "Linda" is very unprofessional in the fact that she was knocking things over and shouting loudly to the other woman in the room about nonsense. I even considered getting up and leaving before the lady had a chance to clean my teeth. Also these dentist are definitely not gentle and pushy. DO NOT GO HERE! P.S the other review that is positive is written by an associate with the office for sure.

I have been going to Dr K for over 10 years. I never have to wait and the staff is always very pleasant along with Dr K. I had to have a filling replaced and I hate the Novocain it takes too long to wear off. They told me about ORAVERSE which reverses the numbness.Dr K gave it to me and by the time I got to my car the numbness had already worn off. That stuff is amazing and it works fast. I would recommend it to every one.

I have been a patient of Dr. Karandisecky for over twenty years. She is an excellent dentist, both skilled yet gentle. Her office is run efficiently and there is very little waiting to be taken at your appointed time. The office is very new and immaculate. The staff is friendly and capable. She is attentive to your needs and fits you in if you have a problem. I would highly recommend her as your dentist.

They were right. The office is very friendly and comfortable. Everyone is quite talented. The only real issue is fighting the urge to go to Merritt Canteen after a cleaning
