RUN FOR YOUR LIFE..READ THIS PLEASE::: I started going in 2015 to get series of work done toward partials. I had issue in 2016 when the two top front incisors which were approved for root canals were getting done and doctor started one on left upon putting needle w novacaine in my upper gum pierced my sinus filling my sinus, eye, ECT. instantly w novacaine. It burned like heck. He assured me I was fine as he kept working on it. As soon as he sealed up the tooth my face began swelling right in front of his eyes and the look on his face as I can feel it getting bigger was panic. He told me to "sit down NOW" he ordered his hygienist to get a SCALPLE, YES U HEARD RIGHT! He proceeded to slice open my upper gum and frantically began pushing my face, sinuses, gums, to get whatever he could out. He told me I had to return next day. Gave me scripts for pain (ridiculous amt.) And antibiotic. My face continued to swell for days. I had to get re-scalpeled several times after that. Soon a huge lump started to travel from where the needle was pierced to my eye (took months to get there). He not only left my left tooth open but he reopened right tooth as well soooo. He knew full well I was moving away soon. I also didnt trust him anymore bc of the horrible pain he caused me. Flash forward to April 2017...I returned to CT after a year of my root canaled teeth that were left open with them now broken over and over during this time they are all like jagged pieces of painful needles in my mouth. I contact them, they remember me quickly. Tell me cone in Dr. Said he will do remaining work free to fix and get my partials finished. I call to get in sooner telling the girl that a new break off has resharpened one tooth that is ripping inside of mouth. I get a sooner appointment. I drive all the way to Torrington w my adult daughter to have some old lady Dr. Tell me I look fine (I have 4 front teeth left and two smashed up front incisors...Im a female who looks horrid. I am told by hygienist she remembers that day. When she puts her finger on the jagged tooth recoil and says oh my God, its so sharp u poor thing. I say please give me something for pain bc they then tell me Dr. Isnt even there today. Why did u have me come. It turns into a shouting match w some ghetto classless "office manager" who tells me Dr. Is in New Haven office til 7. I ask for number she says "look it up yourself" I call that office to find out he isnt there and he wont b starting there forc2 more weeks hes in Springfield, MA office that day. That call him after I tell him Im in agony I need something done...they did nothing. Stay AWAY AWAY AWAY FROM THIS DR. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH ANY MAJOR ISSUES...STICK W BASIC SERVICES. HE IS A HACKER WHI RUINED MY MOUTH AND MADE ME FEEL HORRIBLE FOR ASKING FOR RELIEF FOR PAIN...REALLY??? REALLY??? THEY LIJE PATIENTS ON STATE INSURANCE SO THEY CAN KEEP GETTING YOU BACK EVERY WEEK LIKE ME AND MAKE DOLLARS..HACKERS. IM STUCK W MOUTH LIKE THID BUT NOT FOR LONG. IM TELLING EVERYONE OUT THERE WHAT THEY DO TO LOWER INCOME PEOPLE...RUN!

I highly recommend Horizon Dental for any and all dental care. The staff is very supportive, efficient and friendly. Dr Ahmed was very attentive and provided me with excellent service. Although my procedure was long and somewhat painful I always felt I had the full support and resources available to me with the staff and Dr. My appointments were scheduled at a specific time and that is when I was seen. No waiting. When I had questions or concerns they were addressed and answered in a timely and informative manner. Highly recommended. Thank you horizon dental for giving me my smile back and for your excellent services

My girlfriend convinced me to go to Horizon Dental and really have no regrets!!! Ive always been very picky with my dentists and Im glad I decided to give Horizon Dental and try. The staff and receptionist were extremely nice. They deserve to be paid well for their professional customer service. "Luisa was very nice and professional", "the dental Assistant Rosina" so patient cute!!! Dr. Ahmed was so professional, I felt very comfortable like I was talking to a friend rather than a dentist. really I recommend it 100%

Honestly, Ive been going to a family doctor for years. All of a sudden my insurance changed. So, I went here. Honestly, its the worst place Ive gone to for teeth cleaning. They dont do it the traditional way so your teeth do not feel clean. Also, if you miss a call from them, they will call you multiple times a day. Its quite annoying. They are quite awkward as well, I definitely didnt feel comfortable. I would not recommend. Also, the filling that i had gotten from them, fell out about a week after it was done.

I have visited several offices in Torrington with my mom and definitely I like Horizon Dental! the assistant Rosina was very funny and show me how floss correctly my tooth and the Doctor very nice and explain me everything about how I can do my dental care! and they have goody bag gifts! was great experience! the only bad is wait 6 month for visit again the best place in Dental care on my town Torrington.

Such a perfect team! I Love them, Rosina and Luisa always are giving me an excellent attention, they both so lovely with their beautiful way to treat clients. Horizon Dental is the best of the best! I used to be affraid to go to the dentist until i started going the doctor is amazing, and the girls are so nice. Rosina and Luisa always answering my questions, I cant ask for more.

I cant say enough good things about my experience. I was always afraid due to past experience but the staff and the Dr were all so gentle and I felt completely at ease. I will no longer put off going to see the dentist. I went there in pain and I left there with none, I am so happy I found this place!
