THANK YOU Soooooooo very much for making a horrible situation into something so easy to manage. Being from out of town, I woke up that morning in such pain I couldnt even think. Never thought the pain was coming from a tooth. When I explained the pain to the woman at the hotel front desk, she suggested it could be originating from my mouth (I thought I was dying from an aneurysm). She suggested I give you a call instead of attempting to drive 4.5 hours home or going to an emergency room. The woman who answered the phone was so understanding. She immediately spoke to you and came back on the phone telling me to come in. To tell you the truth I had alot of reservations about seeing an unknown dentist, but the pain was so great, it overrode all my concerns. When you informed me I had a cracked tooth, I immediately knew it was the hard candy I had been chewing at the meeting the day before. You took away the pain with minimal gruesome ness and gave me great instruction to follow and provide to my dentist back home. Thank you so much!! You and your entire staff at Westside Dental are so wonderful, considerate and compassionate.

My family and I have been patients for almost 10 years now. Year after year we have been coming back because our dentist, Dr. Sobieraj, is an excellent dentist who has handled our sons as well as my wife and myself. She has pulled my sons wisdom teeth, given me caps and fillings when needed and Ive never felt any pressure to have unnecessary procedures or expensive cosmetic procedures done. Each time I arrive the staff is helpful and friendly and I feel there is a strong dentist patient relationship. Its not an assembly line, in and out quick type office. Thank you and will recommend you to others in the Waterbury area!

As someone who has had a lot of bad experiences in the past, Dr. Saam and his team have been trying to fix that! I recently became a patient and needed fillings - something I was incredibly anxious about. Dr. Saam understood how I felt, and made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure. He also explained what was going to happen, when it happened - nothing was a surprise. Sue is, like said in many other reviews, a fantastic receptionist. Shes always smiling, and helps you make your appointments with ease. My family has been coming here for years, and I plan on doing the same.

This is the best dental office I have ever been too. The staff is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Dr. Sobieraj takes the time to answer all your questions and concerns. She is a very gentle, caring and competent dentist. After visiting this office I will never go anywhere else. I feel very relaxed and confident for the first time. I also feel that Dr. Sobieraj and her staff really care about their patients.

Going to the Dentist is just a joy haha but if I have to go Im glad I get to see Dr. Saam. Hes very nice, quick, and talented, and I havent had any pain during my procedures (hopefully no more for a while!). The staff is really nice and my teeth always leave sparkling white and clean. Ill see him again in 6 months, I already recommended this practice to my family, if youre looking for a great Dentist Dr. Saam is the man!

Had some follow up work done here because my military dentist recommended that I see my civilian dentist. Lisa and her team were very professional and addressed all of my concerns. I usually feel uneasy about dental work however, they assured me that I would feel little to no discomfort. They were so right. Dr. S did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend Lisa and her staff to all of my friends.

My family and I have been patients of Dr Sobierajs for 12 years now. She is very kind and takes the time to explain to me about my care and my children. She has a cool camera so I can easily see areas of concern. What I like best is that she keeps me up to date on new research. I have learned a lot from her over the years.

I needed to have a some resoration on upper teeth due to overzealous brushing. The results were fantastic. Perfect color matching with existing teeth. Also, I needed repair to one filling. All work was completed in just one visit. I was somewhat apprehensive, Dr. Sobieraj was very reassuring!!!!
