Always friendly and understand "SERVICE". I have been a customer for a few years and have always been treated the greatest from the moment I walk in to the minute I leave. I switched from another Eye Doctor because of poor service at the other place. Owning my own business I really appreciate "GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE" and happy employees. During last years annual visit I decided to get contacts and I was amazed at how well they worked with me to get the perfect fit for my eyes. Thank you Dr. Curts and all the staff. I always feel welcomed and informed on any issues concerning my eyes. Their glasses are trendy and they strive to make your experience a good one. Dr. Bogan and his staff exemplify customer service. The eye care industry should model themselves after Dr. Bogans standards in procedure and care. I have been a customer for 25 years starting in 1990, when I was a local customer. In 2004 I moved to Chicago, Illinois and in 2009 I moved to Bloomington, Indiana. I always traveled back to Brownsburg for my eye care needs. It is more than my loyalty, the Bogan Eyecare Center is the best!

This place is simply amazing! The staff is wonderful and they go above and beyond to cater towards your needs. The doctors are fabulous and get my prescription right on the first try every time! Went somewhere else when I moved to Carmel and they messed up my prescription twice so now I happily make the 30 minute drive to to Bogan because they are so worth it!
