These gals know how to treat a guy! Dr. Kelly Sanderson performed a thorough eye exam, explained to me the visual corrections that I needed and then how she was adjusting my Rx. I really appreciated the explanations because I archive all of my Lens Rx so I can have an idea of how my vision degrades as I age. I wasnt able to find a set of frames that I liked in the showroom, which isnt uncommon (I have a wide-head). I spent the afternoon shopping (by size) for some on the internet, found a set that I liked, called the model number (and size) in to Becky, and they were ready to go 6 days later! I drive by this office on my way to work most days. The parking lot is always full, which I would suggest is a testament to their excellent service.

Not a very good experience. Contact prescription given to me was bad feel and bad vision and then she said just use your current ones. Seriously, I paid for her to tell me to just use what I have been using? They told me they could install my glasses lens on site, then they called me on the way home to tell me they would have to be sent off. Then, my new glasses lens came back to them and I asked for them to be shipped to me via FedEx since I work out of town. I called to check on them and she says up to 7 days via UPS. So Im like 2 weeks without my glasses and I have a desk job. Why not just ship them overnight and make a customer happy. I said I would pay for it.

Dr. Shamblin is always available when I am having issues with my eyes. She is up to date on all the new technology needed to make sure her patients get the best care possible and available for any and all eye issues. She has all the up to date frames and a wide variety to choose from. She puts you at ease and explains everything so you understand what is needed for your eye care. Her staff is very friendly and professional.
