This facility is one of the most unorganized and unprofessional establishments Ive ever visited. 98% of the staff is rude and act as if youre inconveniencing them if youve walked-in or if you have an appointment, because they are too busy conversing with each other, gossiping, eating, or on their phone. Even when appointments are scheduled, you still arent seen until almost half an hour your appointment time. They dont follow up with anything, they dont bother to notify you when youre contacts and/or glasses are in, and although they are sitting at their shop - if you dont call to check, youll never get them. They consistently lose paperwork, files, and information. Youd think that if you are one of the primary optometry practices in such a small city, youd have more respect for the consumers who do business with you, and get a more professional staff.

Just had my eye exam and that was ok. Considering it was $49.95 compared to Loden Vision who wanted $300 for and exam, I would say I got what I paid for. Then went in to get glasses. Got me a millennial. First had to get her to take her feet out of the chair so I could sit down. Then she acts as if I am taking up her valuable time. I was asking questions about prices and tha made her act even more irritated with me. The last straw was when I got the eye roll. I just told her to give me my prescription and I would go someplace else. Didnt seem to bother her one bit. She eagerly gave me my prescription and I was out of there. I may go back there for doctors appointment but will not go back for glasses

The staff there is rude and they so t pay attention to your needs I told doctor Willard Williams I needed my prescription for glasses and contacts so he have gave me free paid to try on there and now I am trying to get contacts at a different location and I call them and they tell me I dont have a contact prescription for contacts so it doesnt make sense why would they give me a free pair of contacts there. there is no organization here really save money and go somewhere less expensive this place is not worth it nothing but trash people there that do not offer good service

Having to call to find out if my glasses were ready was one thing, but arriving and being handed filthy (brand new) glasses is another. I asked where the cleaning cloth was and was told the glasses didnt come with a cloth. SINCE WHEN!? I just paid nearly $300 on glasses it should come with a cloth or at least not your finger prints all over my lenses! She didnt even offer to clean them! She said they didnt have anything to clean my glasses with

Wish I could rate as a 0, but the lowest option is 1. DO NOT GO HERE!. They are not professional. The lack of customer service was unbelievable. I was ready to spend over $500.00 for my frames and lenses and they could have cared less. I had to leave, I walked out. I cant and wont tolerate poor customer service. Pitiful.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Everyone I encountered when I was getting a contact lens prescription was utterly unprofessional and it feels as if the place is being run by children. I also did not even get to see an actual doctor until my one week check up.

Visits are harmless, but they have little to no true appointment system. I have consistently had to wait up to half an hour after my appointment time. If youre going to use this Visionworks, make your appointments 15 minutes earlier or youll wait forever.

Horrible customer service. The doctor is alright. Does what he has to and doesnt engage in conversation. Not an issue. They took forever to get me checked out and charged me more for the service. Their staff definitely lack training.

Great place! They worked with me and they were very nice and respectful. And they had a very beautiful pair of glasses! They has a really cool sale going on, so I basically got 2 glasses for free, cause of my insurance.

I had a problem with my sons glasses it said they were open 1-5 I called at 2:30 and still says they r closed thats b.s cant even answer phone

Glasses had to be sent off twice to correct "defects" in new lenses and still arent right. Find a higher quality shop.
