Office staff was unfriendly from the beginning. Was trying contacts out again and getting new glasses. Could not get my contact prescription right and at first I thought I just did not like contacts. Then I get my glasses in and they are wrong as well. The lady working with me was unfriendly, not helpful, and in general acted like I was a crazy person because I thought the prescription was wrong. Blurry vision is not something you get "used to". Then when trying to reschedule another visit they come to find that they never even measured my current glasses correctly. I tell them I would like to be rechecked. My work hours are the same as their hours. So, mornings or late afternoons were our only options. They proceed to tell me that nothing is available until a month away. So, instead of working me in for a very quick recheck they wanted me to wait a month. I refused and asked for a refund so that I could go somewhere else. They tell me that I can not be refunded and that I would have to pay restocking fees. Where in this review did I ever make a mistake? This is all on them. They measured my glasses wrong, they did not do my eye prescription correctly, etc. Do NOT go to this place. They are unfriendly, horrible eye doctors (at least with my experience). I look for companies that make the customer feel valued. Not just a number on their P & L statement. A real service oriented business would make time to make something right when it is their fault and not blame the customer.

I love Dr Price, she is awesome, BUT!!!! her office manager is awful! Im not the only one with the same issue. I had ordered glasses the lenses were wrong, She said shed re order a different brand, I ask her repeatedly what the cost was she quoted $$ and when my glasses came back the cost was 3 times the amount she quoted me. She is now holding my prescription so that I can not go anywhere else and get it filled, as well as frauding my insurance so that I can not use my benefits unitl next year. Dr price as a eye care provider is a great great 5 star Doctor, but the office staff (Mangager) makes the whole experience a 0 star for us. 09/29/15 O.k. so now its a year later, I call to set up appointment because Im having trouble seeing clearly. Again, cant get past the office staff to see the doctor. They want to put my appointment out 2 months. Im having issues with my vision, I cant wait that long....Well okay she says how about first week of November. HELLO thats still 2 months out.....I told her Id go to walmart, she said okay go there and bring your prescription here and we will fill it....HELLO WHAT???

Have my daughter the wrong prescription. Rude nurse that insists on speaking over you like she knew exactly what she was talking about. I will never return to this location. Also parents, when they tell you that Tracy Patton can treat children, run away. One of the employees informed me that that was not the case at all. Youd think that if they cant treat a child, they wouldnt have even attempted it. That just shows you how little they care. They also tried to make a photo copy of the correct prescription Vanderbilt gave me for some reason? I felt so uncomfortable I recorded every interaction with the business. They claimed that everything was fine and the prescription wasnt incorrect but then they say they will get my money back and my insurance fixed because of the mess up. Id suggest when not wanting to own up to the mistakes you not say that mistakes were made. Anyways, if you have a young child take them to Nancy at Vanderbilt Eye Institute in Murfreesboro or if you have a older child go to Visionworks.

So, I shopped around and called local offices and talked with the staff. I liked Dr. Prices staff the best. They seem the most eager to want my business. It didnt hurt that they are across the street from my work either. Office is clean and selection of mens and womens is contemporary and plenty not to mention priced right. Then... My dog ate my new glasses about 3 months after I got them. I called them up and told them the bad news and they ordered my new glasses and offered me a 20% discount since my insurance wasnt going to cover the new frames and lenses. I will do business with Price Eye Care as long as live in this area. You should too.

I called this office a few weeks ago and left a message at 9 a.m. asking for someone to call me. They returned the call at 4 p.m. By then, I found another solution to my problem. Then, I called them a few weeks later to try to schedule an appt. and they never returned the call. One time, I understand, but two times in three weeks would indicate a pattern. This office may not be interested in new customers. If so, I think it would be courteous to return calls and explain that to potential new customers. I did find a good optometrist, whose staff returned my call within 30 minutes. Thank you!

Dr. Price and her entire staff are great!! They always go out of their way to make my experience awesome. I went to a "local" place here for years and waited hours to be seen and then hours to be frame styled. And I lost a contact once and needed a trial and my prescription was gonna expire the following week and the "local" place in town would not give me a trial nor would they give me my prescription!! Dr. Prices office would never do anything like that! Everyone in Rutherford County should go to Price Eye Care.

I absolutely love Dr Price and her staff -- they could not be more amazing. Their manner and banter and honesty are settling and comforting -- they take the time to talk to you, theres no rush to get out the door and bring in the next person, and they could not be more helpful when you need them. I recommend them to everyone, and yes, they do book up well in advance (maybe a month or so), but its worth the wait. You wont be sorry you called.

I love Dr. Price and her staff. They are always so friendly and it is an absolute pleasure every time I go in. They do stay booked well in advance, usually at least a month, but they are very accomodating and will always do what they can. A lot of my friends go to Dr. Price and they all love her as well. If you are looking for the best look no further, youve found it!

Doctors are good here but the office manager is rude. She acted as though it was a supreme inconvenience to book an annual check up appointment for me. I really wanted to say, "Pardon me, Your Highness, Im so sorry to ask you to do your job." But I refrained. If you go in there, be prepared to sling attitude right back at her. Dont take any of her crap.

We have relied on Dr Price and her staff for years. They are caring, efficient, concerned and stand behind their work. They go out of their way to accomodate us, make sure we are satisfied and that our vision is 20/20. Were such big fans that we drive all the way from Memphis (225 miles) for our annual visits.
