Absolutely terrible experience. We tried out this dentist for one year because it was close to home and we really liked the dentist office amenities. Several of the procedures and office visits the dentist wanted to perform seemed very unusual for my age. Went to get a second opinion and turns out most of the very expensive work they wanted to perform at River Valley was unnecessary and it saved me about $1,000 by getting a second opinion and finding a new dentist office. Also, it takes them a very long time to work on your teeth here, plan for taking a half day off of work just to get a cleaning because they do not have accommodating schedules. The last appointment of the day they will schedule is at 2:00 PM for work to get done. I was also waiting in the office for my visit and overheard the receptionist talking poorly about another client with one of the dentists, turns out that client was sitting right next to me and heard everything they were saying about him. Just a horrible impression on this office and the staff.

I cant stress enough... if you are looking for a dentist, you found one. STOP LOOKING! Dr. Lois Duerst is phenomenal! She continues to do things that amaze me with every visit without charging extra. She goes way beyond the extra mile (more like a marathon) to make your smile its absolute best! I cant remember my teeth looking and feeling this good in 25-30 years! I NEVER smiled before, and quite frankly felt like the Frankenstein monster. With every visit she is changing the way I feel about my smile and cant thank her enough!

This is the best dentist I have been to. The staff is extremely nice and always wants to make sure their customer is as comfortable as possible during the procedure. I would recommend this place to anyone. If you dislike the dentist due to the drills and other tools that are used I would check this place out because they have everything you could imagine to take ur mind of of the procedure and just relax. The only thing you need to do is keep ur mouth open.

My family loves this dentist office! We tried others in the past that made you feel bad and would make you feel like not going. This isnt the case here. My wife suffers from anxiety, so, I need to make sure I find someone who is caring and will do whatever they can to help you feel better. Thats exactly what they did. My wife wont go to anyone else.

Dental staff are ok but the administrative staff dont have their act together. Twice they have submitted insurance claims to the wrong insurance carriers and they are not as knowledgeable about insurance plans as the medical offices owned by Health Partners. Make sure to get answers in writing about coverage before having services performed.

We moved to River Valley Dental several years ago, my spose and I, and are so pleased we did so. It is so refreshing to be treated by a staff of professionals who are indeed interested in you and your care. The latest technology, friendly atmosphere and cookies are an added bonus. Youall come.

Had a great experience as always. Everyone is always so nice and friendly! I used to get nervous going to the denist but now i actually like it, the fear I had is gone. My favorite is the cookies in the waiting room.
