Horrible experience. First time I went I had to get a tooth fixed. Waited a while finally the Dentist came in checked my tooth and walked out of the room. Did not tell me anything. Finally 20 minutes later the assistant walked in and told me he would have to work on it another day. They made that appointment for me! Today I came in for 3 fillings. I walked in found out the appointment they made for me a week ago they never put in the computer. It was on my file but not in the computer. Which is fine I waited a 1/2 hour not big deal. Went back waited another 1/2 until the Dentist came in. He gave me nova cane and left. I waited an hour and no one came to see me. People walked back and forth and no one talked to me. I finally went to the front and told them I was late to pick up my son, and that is when they apologized for everything that had happened. I understand have one bad experience with this Dentist but 3 times he has done this. Horrible place. Im going somewhere else.

Dr. Congdon said that I needed 3 crowns! 3 crowns!! And he said that I needed them right away because in 6 months or less, I would be in a lot of pain. Well, I just went to another dentist in town with a bigger name and they said that I am in no need of any crowns!! Dr. Congdon was going top charge me roughly 1500 per crown!! Thanks Doc!! You know I am a single parent with kids!! ((The reason why the 5 stars are on here is because I attempted to write a review a few months ago before I realized he was trying to take thousands of dollars of food off my kids table!!)

Dr. Congdon is amazing! I had cavities in my front 4 teeth that really killed my confidence. He did an AMAZING job fixing them. I was afraid the fillings wouldnt match my teeth but you cannot tell at all. He is honestly the nicest dentists Ive ever had. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I would recommended him to anyone! Huge confidence boost!!!

Dr congdon is great. He took great care of me. I had a bridge done and when ever I felt pain he would numb me up some more said "no need to feel pain if you dont need to" was just very caring of my needs. And he did so wonderful on my bridge I had tears of joy in my eyes to finally have my smile back again.

Dr. Conghod really needs to get a new office assistant. She is very rude when on the phone and can not keep client files straight. I was very happy with the dentist but need someone that is not rude and pleasant with the clients since that is the first person you see when walkinin in the door.

The staff are great but dr. Congdon has no patients for nervous patients, he does make you feel better about the dentist and doesnt seem to care about anything other than finishing you and being onto the next patient. Very bed experiences both times in looking for a new dentist!

Dr. Congdon and his staff are very professional and cordial. The office was easy to get to and facilities are very nice. I have absolutely no complaints about the quality of care or level of service and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

He is a huge ass-hat and is extremely rude. Not only is he rude, but all of his staff are extremely offensive including his receptionists! I wouldnt recommend him to my worst frienemy!!! Walk in needing a filling and walk out with dentures!!!!

Dr. Congdon is a family friend and has been taking care of my parents and 8 siblings for over 20 years. Staff is friendly and professional.
