This is the WORST dentist I have ever been to! His dental work is TERRIBLE!! My 5 year old son had work done here. Two teeth. Within 2 weeks the cap was pealing off. We went in and they said it was normal.. NORMAL! I just paid you over a ton of money and had my insurance billed as well and this is okay? 3 weeks later he was in extreme pain one day. I had to take him to the ER for an abscess tooth. Guess which one! One that he repaired. Let me tell you when he repaired my sons tooth he said that he was the ONLY dentist that would be able to repair this and we would have to continue to come to him until my son was 21. WTH! Also, like a previous person shared here I went to hold my sons hand and he FLIPPED OUT like a crazy person on me. He said I was going to get my son upset. I replied with well you just did with that outburst. Today my son went to his new dentist and let me tell you the second tooth this quack worked on now has to be pulled out. So now my son is traumatized by his dental experiences due to this man who has no person skills whatsoever. And we somehow have to remedy this. Please! I plead with all of you considering taking your children here or that have and thought the experience was great be cautious about your decision. There are plenty of fantastic pediatric dentist in the area. Dont let the free gas get ya! Or any other of their "freebies" get you. Once you leave they bill you anyhow! And those of you that will never go back and had a terrible experience like me, report him! I will be in contact with the American Dentistry Board. I urge you all too as well. Update** This was actually shared over the summer but now editing to say his 3 rd tooth that was worked on is now falling apart! Honestly should things peel off your kids tooth when you pay a ton of money to have them repaired. NO! Only if the dentist is an absolute quack and does a poor job. If I could share a photo here I would of what is falling off my sons tooth. All three of the teeth he worked on are suppose to be a child version of a root canal. And the "crowned" Why on earth do they end up abscess afterwards if the tooth is technically dead? It honestly scares me that he is still in business and our new dentist cannot believe it either. They hare been repairing his work for sometime and he has been reported.

If there is anything I can tell anyone it is to please stay away from this office. As a past employee I can assure you that the dentist does not care about your child or their well-being. As you walk in the door you and your family and merely dollar signs. The screams I would hear and the tears that walk out from the opertories are horrifying. It is a known fact, that former patients left because Dr. Mancini would treatment plan, they would go for a second opinion and magically there was no work to be done. Seems a little suspicious dont you think? Also doesnt it seem odd that everytime you bring your child in they have to re-do sealants?? Typically, once sealants are put on unless they crack they dont have to be touched again. Let me ask you this, if you heard your child screaming for you wouldnt you want to be there for them? I know that that if my child was scared Id want to hold their hand and comfort them. And you can bet that I wouldnt let some dentist who claims to be a parent yell at me as if I were doing something wrong. So please, do your research. Ask around. Dont believe everything you see on the website. They use a program that they see what you write before they post it. And obviously they arent going to post something that would make them look bad. So ask around. Parents typically look out for other children and will tell you about their experiences.

The dental work my kids had done left them traumatized and upset. Several teeth worked on became abscessed and later pulled. Luckily they were baby teeth! The yelling and screaming and parents not allowed to be there to comfort them. Additionally, I was constantly being "double billed" for the same tooth or additional work that wasnt even done at the visit! I never paid a bill without reviewing it carefully. They did sealants at every visit as well. The dentist was generally very impatient with kids who werent cooperative or were scared. He spent very little time explaining why procedures were necessary. I had so many issues with the billing and they would force you to pay for items your insurance was supposed to pay for (sometimes hundreds of dollars in work) then reimburse you after the claim was paid by insurance. The treatment plan was always very extensive. I had three kids and I knew that it shouldnt be the same with all this work to be done for all of them. Sure enough, I took them to another dentist and all of a sudden that work wasnt needed. This dentist is over treating, his finance staff are incorrectly billing, and it is in general a bad experience for kids and parents alike.

In April, I became an Invisalign patient of Dr. Mancini and Le Petite Dental. I was immediately impressed with the time and attention they gave to make sure I understood what to expect and to explain how they were proceeding to insure the best possible Invisalign outcome. One of the necessary steps involved taking x-rays to discover any possible, hidden cavities. Because of a small mouth and a gag reflex, it has been one of my least favorite part of a dental appointment. I was extremely happy to discover they use the latest equipment. It was not necessary to use those sharp little plastic squares other dentists use. It was quick, easy and painless. However, the biggest indicator of Dr. Mancini thoroughness was in his patience in making sure the impressions he sent to Invisalign would insure that my final results would be the very best possible. I have a small, permanent bridge that made getting a complete impression difficult but Dr. Mancini and his staff refused to be satisfied with ‘good enough’. Even though it was past normal closing, they continued until they had the best impression they could get. I highly recommend Dr. Mancini and Le Petite Dental.

The staff and Dr. Are all amazing!! I was deeply appreciative how I forgot my insurance card and they reached out to my employer to get all the information they needed for my children to be seen and the insurance to cover. Thanks front team ladies! Then, all my. Children got seen at the same time with such fun, energetic assistants which eased my kids to enjoy their visits. The Dr. Came in and wowed me the most. He showed fun magic tricks explained in detail all my childrens needs to me took time to answer all my silly questions and even made time to see them for work to be done!! The staff also took te time to consult to me about the ortho needs in depth. I was blown away by them!! This was by far the best staff and visit my children have ever experienced and they continue to talk about their awesome fish tank and Dr Shark to all their friends! I will continue to come here until they no longer can. Highly recommend them to everyone!!!!! Thank you LA petite!!!
