My experience at Crown yesterday was wonderful. Dr Katich spent the necessary time and energy to figure out exactly what my Rx was (which was difficult!) and Jamie - the branch manager - was absolutely fantastic. She helped me choose the right frames (which I was being extremely indecisive about), explained my insurance and discounts, and helped me get a great deal for glasses I love! I also wanted to mention, just because I witnessed it and I was overly impressed, that there was a regular customer who she was helping while I was there. This client was mentally handicapped, and Jamie was so positive, sweet, helpful and patient with her. This obviously wasnt my personal experience, but witnessing such positive attitudes at the end of a rainy work day was uplifting. Thank you Jamie and Crown!

Do not go here. They are friendly but they nickel and dime you on everything and do not deliver what they promise. First it was the eye exam, then the extra tests, then more for a contact prescription, then when they ordered me a 90 day supply of contact lenses, I only got 90 lenses...only one for each eye. Completely misrepresent what you will be charged for, even when I inquired up front, and they have no desire to work with you to find a resolution. DO NOT TO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!

Dr. Katich and Crown Vision Staff, I want to thank you for the patient and compassionate you provided me as I learned of my need to wear corrective lenses for the first time in my life. From Rosie’s patience with testing and re-testing, to Jamie’s unhurried consult on what styles of frames would look good on my face, each person was kind and attentive. Besides having to wait for my doctors exam, partially due to me being a bit late, it was a great experience. The person who assisted me in finding just the right sunglasses to fit my budget and stye was awesome. Very friendly and patient. Love my new Coach sunglasses, getting use to the progressive lenses which is a little touchy with all the polarized effect too but I like them alot. Kim H. 3003564

I just have to say that I feel that the personal service the store manager, Jamie, at the Kirkwood store provides is outstanding. She always makes you feel welcome. She goes out of her way to remember your name and her customer service skills are excellent. She is the reason I utilize Crown Vision for my eye care.
