Very friendly staff. However, Ive been waiting for almost six weeks on a warrantied repair. They seem ill-equipped to handle a customer service issue like this. They are not proactive--I have to call them every week to see if my lenses have arrived. Friendliness is great, but giving a good review because people are friendly seems unusual. All companies should have friendly employees. But how well do they perform when things go wrong? We are now looking for an alternative eye care company, even though our family of five have been loyal customers for many years. Theyve lost my confidence.

I greatly appreciated the amount of time and care that Dr. Crane took with me, and the clarity with which he explained the tests he was doing and what the results meant. As I get older and my eyes start doing these funky things, it is really great to have someone who cares enough to explain it all to me. As always, the entire staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Thanks to all of you!

I have been going to Webster Eye Care for several years now and will continue to do so. Excellent care, great staff. I have an issue with my eyes that was caught by Dr. Kahrhoff and I was referred to a specialist and am currently under the care of both Dr. Kahrhoff and the specialist he recommended, Dr. Davidson. Highly recommend Webster Eye Care.
