The staff at this location were amazing! Ebony was professional and knowledgeable, making my visit painless (we all know how these visits can turn in to nightmares). The optometrist, Jessica, was kind, efficient, and very thorough, which i greatly appreciated, as i know next to nothing about the health of my eyes, and i use them every day ;). And finally I sat down with Alex to choose my frames and lenses. I did not plan on purchasing from them when i went in to the store, but the professional etiquette and knowledge shown by the staff changed my mind fast. They worked with me to get a great pair of glasses within my price range. I left as an extremely satisfied customer.

These girls were AMAZING today! I had all three of my children with me and they were a handful to say the least. The girls in the office were patient and kind to them. I got in quickly and they helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses!! My youngest broke my sunglasses while I was in there and they even fixed them for me!! Great job Alton mall girls!! We will be back again for sure!!!

Horrible horrible experience. They got my prescription wrong twice now. I am beyond three weeks into this order and I still dont have my glasses. Be warned!
